  I had to change my desired rate more times than I’d like to admit and John never blinked an eye. In addition to offering the lowest rates in the valley (date I say country?), John offers impeccable service second to none. Do yourself a favour and work with John for all your lender needs.

  John was able to simplify house buying process in a way that was not overwhelming! I was super nervous about how long the process would be and how much I would understand but I was able to ask all of my questions and get full explanations! I will be reaching out again for any refinance options or future purchases!

  John Fricke is a miracle worker!! We were referred to him when all the others couldn’t help us. We had pretty much given up.   If anyone can give meaning to the phrase "above and beyond" its John Fricke. We had a unique situation that made it difficult to get our house. John helped us shore up our application as strong as it could be and was even able to push for a faster acceptance as the home we were living in had been sold. I will absolutely be going to John again for the next purchase. I highly recommend his services to anyone, but even more so if you are a first time home buyer like we were.

  We recently purchased our forever home and our lender, John Fricke, was the BEST! He was always so responsive and super informative. He held our hand, virtually of course, throughout the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable, which helped ease our concerns and answered all of our questions (multiple times in some cases). I highly recommend him for your home buying experience!

  We recently refinanced our home through Canopy Mortgage. John Fricke was the loan officer we worked with. He was amazing. Extremely eager to help and find the best interest rate for us. He made himself available to us to answer questions and clarify procedures whenever we called. We felt like we were important to him and that he truly cared about our needs. We would recommend him highly.
