  Our property manager (Frankie) is a true all-star: responsive, friendly, invested, and INCREDIBLY hard working. After terrible experiences with several other companies, I can't say enough about how appreciative I've been to have Frankie manage our building. Leiter is a small company, and there were times when I wished they had more back-office staff, a larger team to help manage complicated repairs, or other members of their team that were as invested as Frankie, but they're very affordable and a great value for what they charge. Without question the best company I found for a small building with a limited budget. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat.

  I am updating a prior review which I posted in 2012. Our building is a small boutique building consisting of 12 units, continues to be managed by a first class organization with our current manager Frankie Grima. Frankie has continued to make our relationship with Leiter second to none and I still stand by my prior comments and I highly recommend Leiter Management to any other small buildings in the area. From 2012: Leiter Property Management came to us after an exhaustive search in which our board needed to replace our prior managing agent. David Leiter and his team have been with us for the last four years and during this time they have been able to turn around a building which was very poorly organized to a first class managed property. David not only uses state of the art communication tools but has a staff of highly qualified, devoted managers that are able to tackle any situation. Over the years our building has needed major renovations and Leiter Property Management was able to guide us every step of the way through a highly thought out process while keeping track of an otherwise tight budget. Leiter Property Management has also successfully handled the normal daily operations of our building and it has never looked better. I would highly recommend Leiter Property Management to any building looking for a new managing agent. You couldn't find yourself in better hands.

  Leiter Realty Group has been great. I moved to Williamsburg in October, and I am loving it here. They have generally been very responsive to anything that needs fixing in the building, or giving a heads up to any changes or construction happening. So that has been really helpful to know how responsive they are. And one of the main reasons I'm writing this review is because of the Real Estate Agent that I found this apartment though. Gary Troy. I absolutely wouldn't be in this new home (that I love) without him. It is a small building (only 3 units) and he knew it would be a great fit, so he was more patient with me than anyone and he took the time to truly connect. I haven't ever had that before in that way, and I've lived in New York a long time. Now that I am here, he always makes sure to check in if he's in the neighborhood to make sure everything is going ok. If there are any changes, and I need to find another apartment, I will call Gary first. He really is the best.

  I am the president of my condo board in Williamsburg. After having nothing but problems with our former management company, I reached out to Leiter and they stood out from the rest, so I hired them to manage our building. I am also a real estate broker and have done deals in their buildings and was always happy with their service as a broker. I have worked with landlords in 3 of their condo buildings and they all raved about Leiter. When I took them on, David Leiter, who owns the company personally came to my building and they gave us a very competitive rate, working with them and a super they provided us. Leiter is super responsive, which is the way I run my own business. They get things done immediately too and provide great service along with excellent referrals when a professional is needed. Our property manager, Carl is great too. It has only been a few months so far, but I am very impressed and would highly recommend them.

  Nice people that work there, but if you have a new building I recommend avoiding them. They are clueless with how to deal with the sponsors.

  We hired Leiter to manage our small condo building several years ago. I have been very happy with their responsiveness and attention during that time. Carl, our property manager, has been great and has helped us with any building issues, both large and small. I highly recommend Leiter Property Management. I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone that I have dealt with at the company.

  Never before have I been so impressed with a Property Management Company in NY City. I'm a real estate agent at COMPASS on the Mike & Marta Team. We represented a buyer at 70 Berry and needed help expediting a Condo Purchase Application for a buyer. It was time sensitive and the clock was ticking. Diane Roman at Leiter stepped in to help us in every possible way. Thank god for her and the amazing Condo Board at 70 Berry. My clients were happy and so am I to have worked with such a wonderful and caring Property Managing Company.   Leiter has been managing my former building for a few months before I left. I have stayed in that building for close to 8 years and Leiter was by far the best one to ever be in charge. Every single problem was dealt with with fast response, great efficiency, courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend Leiter if you're looking for a Management company for your Condo.

  Leiter Realty Group and Leiter Property Management is a fantastic broker. Excellent rates, excellent service, very responsive. She's someone you want in your corner when closing on a property and time is critical. I've purchased two houses in the SF bay area with her, and a few refinances as well. Great experience every time.
