Ken Giordano and and the team at Good Friend Mortgage are fantastic! Ken is incredibly knowledgeable and is great at explaining mortgage products available for each situation. Every client I have sent to him has nothing but great things to say! When I personally bought a home, Ken helped us secure the best interest rate and kept me updated in every step of the loan process. Working with him as a Realtor is also a breeze and I continue to recommend him to my buyers as they get pre-approved and ready to purchase a home.

  Robert Switts was absolutely AMAZING to deal with. He was very thorough in answering my questions before and through the whole process. I had spoke with different companies prior just to get a quotes. He was the only one that took the time to help.   I was referred to Good Friend Mortgage by a coworker for a re-finance of my primary residence. This was the first time I've done a refi and Robert and his team were incredible. Explained EVERYTHING in a way I could understand and made sure we were happy with the options. I am now purchasing an investment property with them and couldn't be more pleased with the service.

  Ken Giordano at Good Friends Mortgage is the most professional representative of a company I have ever worked with. We had some challenges, but he was always communicating with us and available any day even on the weekends to assist with our needs. There are some things that can not be controlled working with external resources and services but Ken always kept a positive attitude whenever he engaged with us and help guide us through the process of mortgage lending. We learned a lot from this experience and we happily closed on our house and will always highly recommend Ken Giordano <[email protected]> and Good Friends.

  Good Friend Mortgage has helped my family twice with our refinance needs. The first time, my personal circumstances presented multiple challenges. And Good Friend made true on every promise and commitment that they made up front. This is why a great mortgage broker is so valuable to the community because they can accomplish things not available by banks, credit unions, and national lenders.
