  Team Cope communicated well and always made themselves available. They stayed on top of our processing needs creating less of a burden on us along the way. In our past experiences with other lenders it seemed they left our file tucked away putting my wife and I in a final hour scramble to provide documentation. Ray was also very considerate in accommodating a closing time that worked well for our work demands and even chose a closing attorney that was most convenient to our location.

  Worked with Stuart for the purchase of our home. He helped us get a phenomenal rate, and exactly the amount down we are hoping to do. He was very helpful through the process and when we ran into a hiccup the day of our closing, because the closing attorney was incompetent, he called in and dealt with that for three hours while on vacation with his family. He went above and beyond and we very much appreciate it!
