  We had a very positive experience. We dealt with the principal broker Patrick Furlong directly through out the process. He does a good job communicating the steps, outlining requirements and is straight forward in his approach. We were upfront in the beginning and said we did not want a high pressure situation with lots of surprises and drama as closing time approached. This was acknowledged and delivered.   I was hesitant to use an online mortgage company as I had never known anyone else that had, even though I know millions must. I have always believed that the local banks would get me a better deal or do things better. But, working with Patrick Furlong at eHome Loan Advisors quickly changed my mind. The process was fast, efficient and extremely pleasant. As a small business owner, banks look at your records more critically/differently than the average family, where both persons have a paycheck and have straightforward tax returns. Patrick was able to help manage the nuances of our tax returns and complete the process without any hiccups.
