  I cannot say enough good things about Ben Herr and Good Deeds Mortgage! We had a complicated situation having been living out of the country for several years, so when we found a house we wanted and needed to get things rolling quickly (while overcoming some big hurdles), Ben went above and beyond. He was actively working and finding solutions for us, and got back to us right away with all of the updates/next steps. We got a great rate on our mortgage, and had such peace of mind the whole time knowing that Ben is a man of great character who we could trust to be working hard in our best interest. I love that a company like Good Deeds Mortgage exists and gives so generously to the community, and it was fun being able to choose causes we care about to have money donated to. We received our loan close about 2-3 weeks faster than other friends who went with a different company. Ben is someone you can trust and he worked for our best interest, he helped us through the whole loan process and helped us understand each nuance.
