Chase Bank Reviews

Brandon Waugh1Horrible excuse of a "banking institution." They refuse to cash payroll checks and place 2 week holds on deposits. Chase doesn't care about it's customers who need their money to actually pay rent and buy groceries. The incompetent staff at Chase would rather see you homeless and starving than do anything to help.

Meg5Generally speaking going to banks is not one of my favorite things to do, but the staff at this branch work efficiently, are communicative, and go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. Chase in general is like a 8/10 but this branch is 10/10.

mohammed al-mazeedy1I have been banking with chase for over 5 years I have never complains about their system or any of their branches. However, pullman's branch is different story, I have been trying to make a wire transfer where I scheduled an appointment, and when I showed up on time the banker was on lunch break!!!!!. I have waited around 10 minutes and she/he never showed up. The casher said she will do the wire transfer from her windows, which it did not make since as the wire transfer needed the customer to confirm all the data before sending it. And this is not the only issue I faced with them, as it is obvious they are either short in stuff or they are not doing their work right. If you leave in pullman or near the area and you have to come to this branch I recommend you to bank with different bank.

Rob Borden1My problem with Chase Bank is not the Bank or the employees who work there. My problem is with the Branch Manager. She consistently makes me feel uncomfortable and is rude EVERY TIME I go into the Pullman, WA location. She needs to go through the same customer service training that the rest of the employees go through because the rest of them are great. I only rated this as 1 star with the hopes that it draws the attention of someone who is in a seniority position to have a proper conversation with her about the importance of customer service. At a normal establishment you would complain to a manager, problem is SHE is the branch manager so there is no easy access for me to complain higher, other than through social media.

Doc Svet1J. P Morgan was the scummiest of weasels. Even while rotting in the dirt, his M.O continues to infect every part of this organization and it's associates

Nooshin Ahmadi1Very rude people. I went in for the first time and asked for a statement and the lady over there simply said I don't have today to do so!!! I really needed the statement so I went back in the afternoon to ask them to give me the letter and the lady so rudely said " as I told you earlier today I don't have time today" !! I went to the Moscow chase bank and they got my job done in 5 minutes.

Lindsay Montes5While helping our son move to Pullman to attend WSU he shared with us how he had been trying to convince the fraud department at Chase Credit Cards to return over $700 in stolen funds. For over four months he had been dismissed and told they did not believe him. This was in spite of filing a police report and making numerous attempts to explain the crime. As we neared Pullman my husband suggested that we stop into the local branch and share his woes with the manager. When we arrived we met with Brieann Andriesen and she immediately started digging into the situation. Andriesen assured us she would follow up in our absence and advocate for our son. Our son now has his money returned to him thanks to Brieann Andriesen. Andriesen went above and beyond her duties as a branch manager to help our son. We recommend her and her bank highly!

Sequoia Dance1Branch manager was very disrespectful in regards to my knowledge and understanding of my bank and the reason I was pulling my money from Chase. She was rude and not understanding.
