  Today Julie was our teller 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 service once again. She was kind, curtious and helpful. The place is very clean, Very friendly tellers, no wait to get in and fast service. I love the big murals of the Palouse on their walls.

  This credit union and the customer service has really gone down hill the past few years. Pretty sad. I remember years ago, I'd walk into a branch. They somehow knew and welcomed me by name. They were so friendly and actually talked to you. Now it's like slightly irritated robots.

  What a phenomenal WSECU branch. Now, I get that WSECU, as an organization, expects good customer service be rendered and all that. But this branch excels and I give all the credit to fantastic leadership. Kathy and her team are top-notch. If I walk in on any given day, I know that Leslie or Jody or Jessie (anyone really) will be there to greet me with a smile and be helpful. And my homie Kellan! He's been a blessing in my life and in my family's life. Yes, I have been able to text Kellan and he'll come in the next day and immediately start working on something on my behalf, like loan paperwork. WSECU in Olympia may not know who I am but they sure do here and without going into details, Kellan has been able to bridge that gap a few times. But enough about my bromance with Kellan :)... This is a great banking experience. And it's because of the great people.

  Although this is the only bank I've had an account with, I've always been satisfied with the service, and never had a problem with them. Staff is often friendly and quickly available to assist clients.

  Closed for Inclement weather? The roads are clear and it’s not snowing sounds more like pure laziness.

  David, though immediate travel may have been possible yesterday on main roads, we take into consideration anticipated driving conditions, especially for employees who don't live near the branch. We work hard to find a balance between member service and employee and public safety. Thanks for understanding.
