  They give u a loan for property but they also have real-estate lawyers & realtor. If they give u a loan for a house then u have to sign paper work saying your using them for everything. U don't have to sign anything if you don't get a loan from them.

  Scott and the team are great! i have been with them for a year and one tenant has left. Turnover was quick and easy. Finding a tenant has been difficult, but that's due to Covid. Right after the covid guidelines eased, they found a highly qualified tenant in less than 2 weeks! For any owner that needs help managing, renovating and finding great tenants, Scott and his team are it! Scott is ultra responsive, and amazing at finding well qualified tenants for your properties!

  Don’t waste your time. Tony Marques is never around when you want him to be. Frequently takes vacations without letting you know. Missed out on so many deals and opportunities because of him. Does not dedicate his time for you, not an honest realtor. Realized he was the agent for both the seller And buyer he chose his son in laws offer over mine cuz it’s family. Horrible experience at Golden Rule.
