  This company keeps calling me everyday at noon saying that I want them to call, which is just stupid...I have told them numerous times to stop calling and that I am on the do not call Registry, they do not care. I have reported about 20 of their calls to the DNC Registry and to Nomorobo so they can be fined. They are very rude and condensing, they do not care if they are breaking the law. What an ignorant way to try and attract customers, who would ever consider doing any kind of business with a company like this! I have asked them to stop calling me from their first call but they continued to call and call and call! Very stalkery and harassing!

  We used Cross Country Mortgage West Hartford for both our initial home purchase and a recent refinance and both times they went above and beyond for our family. Brett Santeusanio and his team were exceptional in both their customer service, transparency, and availability...they were there for us for any and all questions any time day or night. I'd be hard pressed to imagine an outfit that cares more about what they do than this CCM office and the outstanding staff who work there. Goes without saying that I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to either purchase a new home or refinance an existing property.

  I recently used Cross Country Mortgage to refinance my home, mind you this was the first time I had been through the refinance process. My Broker Brett Santeusanio was helping me every step of the way. His team was on top of everything, and I saved a ton of money! I would highly recommend Cross Country Mortgage.

  I recently purchased a home threw cross county mortgage. I was unaware how to make a mortgage payment so I contacted ccm & was told to mail a check. The check was mailed bck & payment was not taken. Due to that I got a late fee. Again after I received the check bck 2 weeks later I called again. & was Informed that I can pay online which i wasn’t told the first time. So I make a payment on the 28th of Jan. Then on feb 3rd for no reason the payment was returned. So it’s a month now & they still haven’t taken the funds for Jan. Now it’s feb & I make another payment for Jan on feb 4th & the next day I make a payment on the 5th for feb. & can anybody guess what happen? Ccm sent the payment bck again. This company is very frustrating to deal with. Seems like they push u to make a payment over the phone so they can profit off that 20$ they charge u to make payments over the phone. They make any other way of payment extremely difficult. I would give them negative 5 stars if I can.
