  Safe credit union on k st has been my go to branch for a couple years. Will not be anymore. I went there a couple weeks ago on a Saturday and the door was locked. When I read the sign it said appointments only. When I came in with an appointment and mentioned the doors being locked them female teller literally argued with me about there is no way it was locked and she could go get someone who was there to prove it. Extremely un professional as that would not fix the problem but only made my opinion worse. Here it is the following Sunday and the 🏧 does not work. Not a good branch in any way.

All SAFE Branches are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, and require an appointment to be helped by a banker. I will be sure to reach out to the branch visited to bring this to their attention.

  This is by far the worst bank I have ever delt with. Coming from Golden 1 Credit Union is like a complete nightmare. After opening my checking account and transferring all of my bill pay accounts my account was over drawn for 4 days with out any contact from the back in email, text or notification from my app. After I had closed my account with Golden 1, I head right to the K st branch to deposit my savings into my account. only to find $240.00 worth of over draft charges. The ast. Manger only waved one over draft fee. Its has been non stop issues with having my card cancelled with no notice or contact and have my car insurance almost get canceled, my pmcell phone get shut off and being out of town and unable to use my debit card. There ACH is a joke, I had countless returned payments due to there system, with nonstop problems. There app never works. I get locked out all the time when my username and password are auto saved on my phone. If you have fraud charges they will not refund them or help you in any way. Complete BS. Half the people that work there make it very obvious they don't like there job. The customer service phone reps.are the worst people that argue with you and will not help you at all. Bank with Safe Credit Union and it's a one time unforgetable experience to say the least. Why would anyone stay with this joke of a financial institution. will be closing my account tomorrow

  Do not use this credit Union I've been trying to cancel my account for 6 months now Unsuccessfully calling over and over with Little to no response and only the response and the only person who to response is from card services about the last review so hopefully someone reads this so I can get this problem resolved

  I've never had a problem with safe. I was with them for a very long time. It saddens my heart when I had to let them go. Ex husband kept stealing my debit card it was awful. I am going to see if we (safe and I) can get back again. Lol I felt a connection lmao Hush ! I think I was funny!

  Dont get me wrong, this is a great credit union and this location is nice and clean but today they stole $500 from me. Whether that was intentional or not this kind of mistake is unacceptable for a business that deals with my money. I deposited a pay check and the teller put the amount of the check $500 less than the actual amount. Only when I left the building and looked over my receipt I noticed the mistake. So moral of the story dont trust anyone with your money. Always check everything.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been in the same job type for 11 years and the past 2 years I moved cross country and I have had 2 babies. I provided 3 years taxes and the wouldn't approve me for a $7000 auto loan in which the vehicle is valued at $10,000 and the rest of the value was directly out of my savings account as a down payment. I spent my entire day turning in three years worth of tax documentation for an underwriter who was still unsatisfied with my income verification.

  Not a super great location. Inside is nice. Parking is weird. Homeless always hanging around. I’d rather use drive-thru atm

  I love safe credit union i have great service and great how they do transfer as i need to transfer from one to another my favorite branch is k st ..but i love them all

  No line, helpful staff, online banking is great too & has saved me trips to the bank.
