  This is the new branch they put in when the arena was built and the O Street Main branch was permanently closed. Beautiful layout, very open and modern, small and friendly. The staff here is superior. I've been with G1 for over 15 years, and this branch is always a welcome visit for me. - in and out. I know everyone there.

  We had amazing time setting my father up with his account with Elyse. She was so much fun to be around, incredibly engaging, and appreciated our humor (which takes some getting used to). We love the location of this place, and look forward to my father being able to get in and out with a smile.

  I made a mistake and ended up doing a deposit incorrectly at an ATM, so was unable to access my.money until Christmas day with no shopping completed! Daniel and Megan we're super fantastic and exemplified perfect customer service even when the mistakes was my own. This branch is a standalone example of what I love about banking with Golden 1!

  I will never, ever do business with this credit union again. There are many credit unions, do yourself a favor and choose any of them. I've had my car loan through them for 5 years. Never once been late or missed a pymnt. Horrible customer service, for a good customer.

  I've had my accounts here for more than a year and when my husband moved back, he opened his accounts here as well. We never had any problems here and all of the employees always knew us by our first and last names.

  Staff are very friendly. Other than that, it's your standard bank. Not to be confused with Golden 1 Center - the entertainment and sports arena around the corner.

  Good friendly staff. They validate parking at the mall for up to an hour.
