  Marti is very knowledgeable in what she does and she does an amazing job doing it. She is consistent and patient and when you need the advise or help she is there. I am glad I chose her to help me out with buying my first home. It took a little bit longer than expected but she still managed to clear it all out.   Jesse was on the ball from day one. He went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the information we needed and was always available to make closing on our home quick and easy. As our first home, I was worried it would be a difficult process, but Jesse made it all seem effortless. He is a hard worker for sure! I would definitely recommend him and Gold Financial especially for first time buyers.

  These people are so difficult to communicate with! Once we submitted all of our info we were told by her "assistant" that Ramona would be in contact. 2 weeks later after numerous calls and emails, she finally called us after hours from home and asked us ALL info all over again claiming she never received all details and we had to answer multiple redundant questions. Which even still ok, that's not a huge deal, we figured "hey she's busy it's ok". So once we were told we needed to work on a few things and try again in a few months, we received an email (multiple after that) stating that we needed to submit some additional info in order to potentially process our loan. We also received a letter stating that we needed to reply within the week. SO of course at this point we are totally confused but thinking we have another chance, we start calling and emailing asking to please return our call/emails in regards to this request asap. My husband would get calls declined with a text saying "can't talk right now" as a response!! No email ever was returned nor call from Ramona nor Christina. This business is very unprofessional and the customer experience was lousy. I am confused as to how any of these people even got help if we couldn't even get an answer! No, we are not bitter. We actually at some point called to just ask for advice on fixing credit issues..smh. By the way, I tried posting a review on the actual website as well and it requires for you so submit your info so they can give you permission to do so... Now remember, we are only speaking from experience and cannot speak for all these other so called "reviews" on here.
