Richardson5My husband and I have been using this bank for 9 years. My Father-in-law was using it for him and my Mother-in-law long before that. They are great at giving the service you need in a bank. With any issues we have with a cards it is just a phone call away and we are back on track. Everyone we have ever encountered has been very polite and very professional. It truly is a bank that all of Texas can Trust. Also be sure to take advantage of the free fresh coffee in the foyer.

danielle taylor5The Cedar Hill branch was great in assisting me with my needs. The lady I worked with was very pleasant and helpful. The online dispute worked fast to correct a few fraudulent purchases made. I have been with them for years and I have always had a great experience with them over the phone or in the bank.
Response from the ownerWe appreciate your review, Danielle! Glad to know that our Cedar Hill staff took great care of you. Thank you for leaving your feedback--we appreciate your membership.

Cherryl Holden5I finally have a banking relationship with a banking institution that treats me like a valued customer. After moving to TX a few years ago I wanted a local bank. BofA was not working out for me anymore because of their lack of customer service at my local branch. Texas Trust fit the bill perfectly. Never the long lines I see at my former bank. Clean open spaces with helpful employees that seem eager to assist. I have to go inside the lobby a few times a month and I always get consistently good customer service. Thank you Texas Trust, I appreciate you.
Response from the ownerThank you for your great review, Cherryl! We appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback and thank you for being a great member.

Qori Stafford5Texas Trust has a great customer service team! I want to say Thank you, again! I was headed home from work, needed a withdrawal and wasn’t for sure if I was going to make it in time before closing! Once, I had arrived at the drive-thru, the bank was closing for the day BUT instead of saying, “sorry, we’re closed”, I was greated by a customer service rep that sounded like she was happy that I had arrived. Kudos to Texas Trust Team! ❤️ That’s why I bank with them and look forward to many more years to come!
Response from the ownerThank you for your kind words, Qori! We appreciate you taking the time to give us a review and thank you for being an amazing member.

markiya lewis1Horrible Experience! I received an auto loan with this credit union about 3 years ago. I have always paid my loan on time. The ONE time I needed to do a skip payment for personal reasons, I received NO help! They placed me with a person that seemed to be more concerned with her nails and her appearance than actually helping out a customer. Now, I have a past due car payment and a 32.00 insudfficent funds fee, all over me being paired with a careless banker. A word of advice to all, do not conduct business with the Cedar Hill location, it's a joke.
Response from the ownerWe are sorry to hear about this experience, Markiya. We would like to send this over to our leadership team to investigate. Please give us a call at (972) 263-5171 or send us a secure message at TexasTrustCU.org/Contact with your contact information. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback and hope we can change your mind about us.

Johnie Orr1I opened a checking and savings account with the help of some very nice ladies in their Duncanville office and was super happy and then......... Without my permission, the ghetto, ratchet, crooked dating site, Badoo, started charging my account $1.99 everyday for several days and eventually caused my account to be overdrawn by over $200.00 plus dollars. Tho I signed up for every alert when money is being drawn from my account all I got from this credit union was bull-frogs and crickets. They charged me $30.00 dollars for every overdraft and I live on a fixed income. You would think after say $120.00 dollars one of these alleged professionals at the credit union would at least give me some kind of courtesy call or a notice of questionable activity with my account. Thank goodness I didnt bet my life on it. Okay, after $190.00 dollars how about a little lubrication, a call back the next day, a coffee cup with their logo, or a little understanding.(picture that) I found out when I went to withdraw enough for some small groceries and Texas Trust Credit Union had taken everything I had and still allowed their partners in crime to bill me $1.99 and attach their $30.00 dollars. The manager didnt want to hear jack and everyone above her treated me like a pos. Unlike the fake warm courtesies as they took my money when opening the accounts. I was strongly advised to file a formal complaint with the National Credit Union Association and there are several other organizations you can file with, but I chose to never do business with these charlatans and let word of mouth do its thing. PLEASE IF YOU ARE ON A FIXED INCOME...DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE !! Try PLS and get your money early every month and none of the disrespect that comes with Texas Trust Credit Union. They refused to accept I was scammed, took what little money I had, and directly sent my account to collections. The complete definition of "no grease"

Gabrielle Jenkins5My family and I walked in at 4:30, right before closing, they stayed with us; and helped assess all our need and make sure we had a solution for our problem before we left. The assistant branch manager called me before the branch was open to update me on my situation. Texas Trust has flawless customer service.
Response from the ownerWe are glad to hear that you had a great experience, Gabrielle! Thanks for taking time to leave your feedback; we really appreciate it. Thank you for being a member!

Ashleigh F1I’ve banked with them for some years now and I must say I hate them for not having a better ways of making deposits. They do not give you the opportunity to make a deposit and have the audacity to mention a night drop box but hell the transaction will be returned by the time they check the box in the morning so tell me what sense does that make. The Nicole lady who lied to me via message on my account made me disappointed for not following through on her end and giving invalid information. They flat out lied. The location and hours aren’t convenient either. Over it and loving on to the next credit union.
Response from the ownerWe are sorry to hear that you have not had a great experience, Ashleigh. We would like to change that; we will share this information with our membership services team. Thank you for taking time to leave your feedback and we hope to improve your view on our credit union. We appreciate your membership.
