Amy1I don't like writing negative reviews but have to for this. Accessing my money here is next to impossible. The lobby is frequently closed with a note on the door. There are three drive-thru lanes and only one ATM lane. No ATM inside the first set of doors, either. My debit card said "transaction limit exceeded" the FIRST time I tried the ATM! I don't have 45 minute to wait in line to get the cash I need. I'm now on hold trying to find out what's up with my debit card... and have been on hold for over 45 minutes. Guess I should have gotten in line. But at least I was able to eat lunch by coming home and being on hold. (Your hold time is less than 25 minutes" says the automated machine... but I've been on hold over 45.) I'm done. This is an ongoing frustration. It's not the first time I've had these issues but it is the last. As soon as I have the time to sit in line I'm closing my accounts.

Rosie Estrada3I have been with resource one over 20 yrs , and has always been great ,still is. However since , I am not in Dallas. I can not walk into a branch to fix my situation. I am in Destin Florida, and I need to see what I can do over here to resolve my issue and deposit money into my acct from a link bank if possible? Can you suggest something? Or what branch to go too? I have been texting with Patricia Contreras. She sent me a link but nothing showing up. I have a password set up for transactions I wrote all info down and so it was said to me ,that it's not my password :/

Judy Clark1HORRIBLE. DESPICABLE. NEVER OPEN AT CONVENIENT TIMES FOR WORKING CLASS PEOPLE AND ATTEMPTING TO CALL IS NOT AN OPTION. YOU WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD FOR HOURS! EXCESSIVE BANKING FEES ALWAYS. RUDEST BANKER EVER AT CEDAR HILL LOCATION AND PREJUDICED. TAKE YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!!!! YOU WILL LOSE IT. PERIOD. AND THEY CALL THEMSELVE A "CREDIT UNION"?

Trevor Jefferson1I am really getting tired of the ATM cash deposit. Not working. It is the reason I have not been able to bring my balance positive before midnight to avoid a charge several times. If you are going to offer a service, it needs to work more often then not. It almost never works. That is just bad business. You are still going to charge me for not bringing my balance positive by midnight. Yet, you won't hold yourself to that same standards of 0 tolerance and make sure your banker's utensils work. I am very dissatisfied.

LaVonda Black3The employees are nice, but the drive through is ridiculously SLOW. This is, BY FAR, the slowest banking institution I have ever dealt with!!! I do not understand why.

Ashley Mills5If you are looking for a credit union I highly recommend Resource One Credit Union. Any time I’ve had questions or concerns they’ve always been patient thorough and friendly. Every branch member and call center rep is always polite and does everything they can to assist you with anything you need. Even when they are unable to help they provide a reasonable explanation and try to provide alternative options and resources. They’ve worked with me on every loan I’ve had with them giving me better interest rates than any other company I’ve used. Jason the branch manager in Cedar Hill take extreme pride in what he does while also keeping the moral of his employees above and beyond your typical bank. I’ve never seen anyone in the branch in a bad mood even in difficult situations. Jason and his team show they truly care about their customers by taking an actual interest in how each customer is doing and not just treating them like and account number. They are more than just a bank they are family!

Shelby Gooden3The drive thru has got to improve. 4 lanes open with 20-30 minute wait time is ludicrous and don't blame it on COVID and everybody do not choose electronic banking. Please provide a response and adequate service for your customers that choose to go to the bank in person and avoid identity theft as much as possible.

Janet Reed5Always friendly & helpful. My Debit card stopped working, I called & was told I needed to go inside for assistance. Another card was issued, I was informed I should try it before I get home. I didn't listen, my mistake. Went back to get card re-activated, still friendly & helpful. She knew what needed to be done. Explained I had an older version of the card, they' need to issue new card with a new number & expiration date. This time I checked it as instructed, no problems. I also like the option of tea or coffee when going inside.

Miss Denise2I’ve been banking with them for years. The turnover is ridiculous. Constantly changing staff. Lines are longer inside the branch and long waits at drive thru even if there aren’t many cars in line. Customer service has gone downhill. It was better when Torro and Tiffany were there. I’ve pulled most of my money out and only keep the accounts open in case I need to do some last minute banking and don’t have time to drive to my other credit union or bank.

MICHAEL Jamison2I've been a member for over a year now, when I first joined this credit union I was so impressed with the way I was greeted by the manager Darren M. I have 3 accounts here service has always been fast the tellers was always nice and helpful especially Samantha. Now that these two people are no longer there service sucks the lines are extremely long the time in the drive thru are ridiculous. And Tammy is so rude I tried to ask her about a car loan she basically blew me off and exited the back door by her desk. I have to business account at Bank of America that I wanted to close and open with r1 but that want be happening now. Darren always made me feel like I had a million dollars in R1. I just found out where he's working now seriously thinking about following him.
