  I really want to take this star away..... they don’t know how to deal with grieving family of deceased customers trying to take care of final business. They will attempt to take your love ones home if you have a home loan with them they will send the account for collections even if the loan is current and never missed. They will also repo vehicles even if paid. Find a bank and refinance soon as possible to help your love ones in case the inevitable happens.

  We've been members of this CU for decades. They've provided great (but not excellent) service to us over the years. It's a win/win to bank with a non-profit credit union (low or zero fees) and City CU delivers as expected. We complete transactions @ three different branches w/ about same level of customer service at those branches.

  Very poor customer service in the drive thru. The tellers seem like they’re just there to get a pay check, they don’t go out of the way to please or ask questions. A simple question like “How may I help you” or “How are you doing”. The same guy always helps me and he just seems miserable being there. One time I needed a pen, the canister already had slips for customers to fill out. So I sent the canister up and he sent it back to me without saying hi, may I help you, or how are you doing. I told him I needed a pen and that he needs to stop assuming that all I need is a slip to fill out. He stated that normally that’s all customers need and again I told him he shouldn’t assume. He didn’t even apologized, just looked miserable as always. It seems like they may treat the “regulars” with 5 star service and the other customers with poor, boring service.

  I recently opened an account and worked with Sherod. He explained everything thoroughly and made the process extremely quick! I would refer anyone to him. Anytime I come into the bank he is always dressed professionally and speaks with kind words.

  I visited City Credit Union to open an checking account so Mrs. Singleton was my banker. She walked me through and explained every checking account details to make sure I picked the right product. Mrs. Singleton thanks for going up and beyond.

  Terrible service!!! I hate this bank!!! I don't even want to give them one star. No one picks up the line, when they do they can't solve the technical issues. Left me on hold when I asked the call to be escalated. I'm constantly locked out, they don't update the records. You can't do anything outside of their so called business hours. The automated system doesn't do anything. Hate this bank
