  Jessa Schmidt is THE BEST. She’s the smartest, the sweetest, the prettiest and the best agent EVER!!! She was extremely responsive, positive, knowledgeable, patient and just an overall joy to work with. We found our dream home and property after seeing roughly 20 properties. She had our backs through the entire process and I cannot say enough amazing things about her. I will forever refer everyone and anyone to her specifically. Gold County Modern is also here for their clients with offices in all the right locations, working together as a team and providing their realtors with the newest technology to be the best they can be. We appreciated Terry every moment during the selling of our home. She gave us a nice surprise as we had been packing for weeks & weeks. She ordered housekeeping service at the end of our sale so we didn't need to think about cleaning up after ourselves. Which gave us time to rest before our road trip to Oregon.
