  The bank in Plymouth closed so I started going to Jackson I have been there three times they are rude all three times were for different reasons and three different people I tried to close my one account that I don’t use the lady argued that they don’t have that account funny they charge me for it. I have to go on line to cancel it . I cashed my stimulus card and she was just rude, and last but not least I went in to put my accounts in my trust she had to redo it twice and acted like she didn’t know how to do it. I will go to Eldorado Hills hope they are better

  Since i moved and this became my home bank I have been having problems. And cashed my fiance check yesterday took about half out yesterday and now the check is holding and my account is now way way over drawn and the bank wont answer their phone. And they wrote on top of the check and customer servise is saying that is most likely why the money is being held..........

  We we're recently in a situation. Linda Jamison, one of the personal bankers ll , went out of her way to help us resolve the matter in a friendly and timely manner. Without her help, we'd have been lost and still dealing with the situation. If anyone deserves a promotion, it's Linda Jamison. We highly recommend her hands down. We appreciate her and her help beyond a doubt. We know who to go to for any and all questions we may have in the future at Well Fargo in Jackson Ca. Linda Jamison.

  Worst bank ever! Puts your money on hold, but allows the use of your card, then charges you overdraft fees. Total BS!!! So done with Wells Fargo!!!
