  Very professional, to the point, answered all my questions, then made me an offer that was $250 more than the first company that quoted my jewelry. The owner also offered to show me my diamonds under his microscope something no one else offered to do, not even the jeweler who sold me the diamond took this much time with me. Once again I'm very pleased with the ATM.

  Very pleased with my experience selling my Rolex watch. I visited several other watch buyers but the ATM had an offer almost $700 more than the other buyers. Paul was also very informative about the entire watch brokerage business. I wish someone like Paul could have educated me on watches when i originally purchased this one.   Can’t say I had any in person transaction. I called and spoke to Preston and he seemed to care about passing my information and email address to the owner and I believe he did passed it on to the owner but I never got any response. After another attempt to find out if my items were worth doing business (for both of us) still never got any response. I had heard this was a company worth doing business with- I guess not.

  What a great place to do business!!! Paul has been good to me every time I go there he is very nice and he treats his clients with a lot of respect. He gives you what you deserve. He will also go above and beyond when you need him to. You can always go to him when you need to sell or pawn. He also does pawn loans. I would highly recommend him first hand.   The Gold ATM was very friendly and professional. They had a private office in a safe and professional setting. l was happy with the amount they offered me on all my jewelry items and especially my diamond. They were very knowledgeable with the grading and market price of mg 2.01ct diamond. Best of all they were $2000 more than any other offer. I would recommend The Gold ATM to my family and friends.
