  I enquired about refinancing my car at Family First Credit Union. Within a week, my refinancing has taken place!!! I am very grateful to the diligent staff that is always friendly and ready to help. My granddaughter had great time with the loving staff who stopped and took time to talk to her.   I would like to say that my experience with first family credit was amazing from the time that I did the online application to talking to Miss Trotman it was very fast it was very professional and I see why Family First gets his name they truly are Family First if you were looking for a good family bank I would trust no one but Family First.

  How awesome it was for FFCU GA to contact me regarding refinancing my current auto loan! Too awesome!!! C. Fowler provided excellent customer service! I was offered a considerably lower interest rate on my current auto loan, which will result in great savings for my future. Subsequently, I was also able to obtain a lower interest rate on my signature loan with FFCU. I've had a great day of savings by being a member of Family First Credit Union.

  I was able to walk into this bank today and withdraw over $1,000 with just the member number. Teller did not ask for ID at all. When I questioned the teller about it. She said if we are familiar with you, then we don’t ask for ID. I told her, she is not familiar with me because I don’t even come I this bank. I come up here, maybe once a year. Y’all need to do better with protecting my money.
