      Went up there to get a debit card replaced. They are lazy and have a attitude. The manager of this branch has poor leadership skills. And in general their customer service is trash. The teller can cut eyes and have a attitude but when she receives on back they call the police. Never once was called out her name. Very minute incident that could have been easy handled. The the Manager standing right there. Poor management skills. They need to shut the bank down and do more customer service training

      The ATM at this location doesn't work half the time. When my deposit failed today I tried to go in the branch. I was informed by an employee that I needed an appointment ( one of the few Banks yet to open since covid-19). As I turn the walk away she said there was no one in the branch so all I needed to do is call the number and they could get me taken care of. I called the number and was immediately put on hold. After holding too long, I just left. It is only because this branch is in an economically disadvantaged community that the facility, ATM, and customer service is so subpar.

      This is the worst of bank of them all you can’t even make an appointment cause no one will answer the phone even the bankers and security guard have no respect and no professionalism about themselves they make Regions Bank look bad in general. I get it, it’s 2020 COVID-19 but you still need to be kind and respectful and find a better way to have service and help for everyone zero stars in my book. Plus I even stated why don’t they a third person to just answer the phone all day since they only can have two bank teller put the third person in the back office to answer the phone she stated we can’t Easier said than done but at Wells Fargo across the street they have someone in the back office answering the phone all day with three bank teller;two at the drive thru and one at the front so there is no excuse still social distancing still providing service

      I love them , the bankers real down to earth they will remember you too lol & my card to everything they said it would ill try it like say if you thought you lost your card or you let someone see it . You can lock it instead of canceling the whole card !

      No direct phone number to branches is available. It literally takes more than 5 minutes to navigate via the 800 number to point where you finally get put into the queue to speak with a 'personal banker'. Then you get to listen to 5 more minutes of spammy commercials while in the queue. There is *so much* room for a disruption in banking to occur.

      Am so happy that it took me a while to get it but I finally 👌🏿💯😀🌟💰💤thank regions I see myself back on track. But the only thing I can say to you do not get they stand out all the draft protection is not worth it I like it because it teach me how to be a banker again because why I'm saying it because if you go over 50 Cent you'll be charged $36 overdrawn fee it's not working so that's why they teaching you how to be better bankers and get credit so that's why I gave them five stars they going to help me build up my credit so I can get the my dream house then I won't SoSoOw💤💤💤💤
