  Mike Conlin from Global Bridge Holdings helped me get a loan for the 2nd time. He's very good. Construction loans are much more difficult than a typical mortgage, but he was successful in getting the job done. A previous lender let me down, but Mike and his staff spent extra time to get the loan arranged. Actually, he was able to get me more than I requested. I will use him again and refer my friends to him. I recommend him.
