  Stacey was an absolute treasure to work with in the home buying process! I am a first time home buyer, and bought my house all by myself, no spouse or partner. I had a ton of questions about the process, loans, payback information, timeline, insurance, and all things home buying, and Stacey was there to help answer all my questions! She was polite and patient with me, and made me feel very secure in this whole scary process! Definitely recommend!

  Working with Stacey as my Lendor has made this stressful experience of securing a home in this market a blessing! She was always available to answer my questions and made this process so easy and smooth for us. She not only made this experience stress free, she also got me into this program called Hometown Heroes. They covered my closing costs and down payment assistance and I went to closing with ZERO money on the table! This has been unheard of in this market and I was so speechless when I received the final call from her informing me that I would be able to walk up to the closing table without any money needed. It’s an amazing program for anyone who is a medical professional and I have already recommended Stacey and THAT program to all my other fellow nursing friends.   Stacey did a bang on job and felt like a total expert during the process. Our mortgage application was complicated and probably would have fell through with a larger lender.   From the first phone call Stacey was very knowledgeable and reassured me there were plenty of options in our home selling/buying process. She was available whenever we needed her to crunch numbers, including late evenings and weekends, and assisted in helping us put in the most aggressive offer we were able to. Once under contract Stacey kept us informed with emails so we knew where our loan was every step of the way, and again kept us in the loop. Even on closing day we were in contact almost every hour to make sure things stayed on track. Without Stacey’s expertise I wasn’t sure how we would have been able to sell and buy so seamlessly.   First off I'm not good with computers or smartphones My elevator doesn't go to the top floor anymore. Now with that said Stacy walked me through every step of the way over the phone, over the computer, emails, text messages long process on buying a house without being there it's even worst. Still can't believe she got me though this with Patience professionalism Yeah and most of all human kindness. She'd made calls after hours worked with me going step-by-step it was such a easy process on my end, but the work and countless hours that she put in was unbelievable.This is one person who goes above and beyond her job thank you Stacy and your company very much, my brother and I will appreciate this home.   There are absolutely no words that express the loan process with Stacey Cropsey. Through this process Stacey becomes your complete loan alliance. She was my support system, advocate, and mentor. Stacey communicated each and every moment of the way. She treats every client as if she's along the ride with you. I would use Stacey for every single mortgage just because she gave 100000000% of herself throughout the whole process. I didn't have any knowledge of SWBC however Stacey alone would make me recommend my family, closest friends, coworkers , anyone and everyone to reach out to her when looking for a lender . I didn't know anything about SWBC but Stacey has made this process and lender invaluable to me just by working with her.
