John Mamalakis1First time at this branch (and last time), to make a simple deposit which took twenty minutes. There were three teller stations and only two tellers were working. There were approximately eight people in line. The manager was standing around with a tablet in her hand. I asked her if she had any more tellers and she said," I have two tellers". Well that was quite obvious! Any responsible manager that wants to provide an excellent customer service experience would have gotten behind the teller window and opened up the third window. Not at this branch!

Amanda Freeman1I scheduled a 12:30 appt Friday April 1 to simply add my new husband to my checking and savings account. We told Vennell my husband had a meeting to get back to work for. 30 agonizing minutes later, with multiple interruptions from other employees, and Vennell constantly distractedly looking around, he couldn't figure out how to complete this simple task. Nonetheless, he promised he had everything he needed and that he would call me when the task was completed. Guess what? The task was never completed, he never called, I have e-mailed him and attempted to call the bank FIVE times and no one ever answers the phone there. At this point, I'll just close my accounts and take my business to Wells Fargo where my husband banks. Worst customer service I've ever seen - run.

Jason McCormick1I scheduled a 9am appointment through the Bank of America app. Get to the bank and it’s closed. Security guard said no one came so he is leaving. Extremely unprofessional.

Mike Fischer1Waited in line over 40 minutes to get a certified check. They have 1 teller and a man stopping people near the front door to wait for the teller. Then when they tell you to go to the teller there is another line. Employees walking around and on the phone yet ONLY 1 TELLER. The worst branch I have ever gone to. I will NEVER come to this branch again.

Sanjeev Thomas1Non existent customer service. We went in to get some documents notarized. The manager told us there's a half hour wait. I looked around and the place was empty and I chuckled. I literally thought it was a joke! There was one lady who was working with a customer at a cubicle. We waited 45 minutes. During the course of which the same lady got up from the cubicle and walked away for a few minutes, while the manager was with the same customer. As she walked passed us, and she said she will be right with us. Then she walked back to join them for few more minutes. If this was the only person who could notorize a document, she could have notorized our signatures during the 5 minutes she walked away. Just saying. With 15 minutes before the banks closed, we left and went to TD Bank to get the documents notarized within 2 minutes. Rather than giving us titles like Platinum Honors to make us feel special, respecting your customers times may be important! This is my second bad experience in the 2 times I've gone in to a branch in the past 3 years.

Drew Petersen1It’s Friday 930 am, and per the usual they have ONE teller working. The line is backed up 20 people deep. Meanwhile there are 4 bank associates walking around with their iPads just chumming it up with each other. Been waiting a half hour and I have a business to run. Absolutely disgusted

Israel Gonzalez120 minutes waiting to deposit cash so far still waiting. Always 1 teller working; main reason why I closed my account at Bank of America. Management should consider the impact that has on the 1 teller working daily.

Jersey Jess1The last two months you always have to wait. Never enough staff at service. And the manger Michael never wants to help. He tells you to wait. I’ve waited many times over and over and long waits as he stands with his iPad there. Never have I’ve seen a manger not want to help. The old manager ALWAYS helped if they were busy.
