  There are absolutely no words that express the loan process with Stacey Cropsey. Through this process Stacey becomes your complete loan alliance. She was my support system, advocate, and mentor. Stacey communicated each and every moment of the way. She treats every client as if she's along the ride with you. I would use Stacey for every single mortgage just because she gave 100000000% of herself throughout the whole process. I didn't have any knowledge of SWBC however Stacey alone would make me recommend my family, closest friends, co workers , anyone and everyone to reach out to her when looking for a lender . I didn't know anything about SWBC but Stacey has made this process and lender invaluable to me just by working with her.

  Stacey Cropsey and the program through SWBC was truly spectacular! From the minute we made contact until closing day, the communication, knowledge, experience, and support were incomparable! I had no idea that a mortgage lender could be the VERY BEST part of the homebuying experience! Stacey Cropsey ALWAYS had our best interests at heart. She patiently answered my hundreds of questions and answered many more before I had the chance to ask! I recommend this team without hesitation or reservation to everyone. Stacey works with the Florida Bond program and helped us achieve our goal of buying a home with very little money out of pocket so we could focus our resources on the projects we want to complete in our new home. She worked for us tirelessly through the initial uncertainty of the COVID19 scare, she was available to us anytime we needed her, she was reassuring, and we closed on time despite extreme challenges.   Stacey is the best. I have personally used her on 3 different deals and referred her to my parents and both my brothers with great success. She's patient and I never felt like I was being sold to or pushed into something. She wants her clients to understand the process and does a great job teaching so I could make my own educated decision going forward. Highly recommend!!!

  I’m not sure where to even begin! But Stacey is the most amazing person there! She made us feel comfortable and always had us in her mind. Not one time has she turned down our phone call she was always available to talk to us and just when we almost have up (from previous lender) she said not to give up and lifted our spirits high, and here we are we closed on our home and happier then ever! Thank you Stacy you deserve more credit then anything!
