  WOW WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM -- old school: quality, ethical, clean, exceptional service and went above and beyond! I was rear-ended while at a red light and this team not only repaired my Outback but took it up to the dealership for its oil change for me while it was in their care! They knew this was traumatic as the car was (literally) brand new and I had to be out of town for a funeral. I had no idea how to make this all work but they did! Liz especially was so truly welcoming, comforting and patient! I would recommend for any needs - not just for my brand but all!!!

  They did a good job repairing the damage that my car had in a car accident. So why am I giving them 3 stars? Firstly, they took 2 months (!!!) to fix something that was estimated to take 2 weeks. They did give me a loaner car when my insurance wouldn’t cover the car rental anymore, but I would have rather had my own car. The car came back very dusty in several places and there were new scuff marks on the bumper. Before I left, I checked over the car and found several things that were not working! They managed to fix them on the spot. Lastly, I had a remote start installed on the car and when I got my car back it was removed. I had to go back to have it installed again. Summary: good repair, not so good overall.

  Great staff!! Mitch the body guy did a great job repairing a dent on the side of my truck cant even tell it was ever there. The paint matched perfectly and they guaranteed the repair for as long as i owned the truck :). Everyone was professional hopefully wont need more body work but if i do this is my go to place.

  Everyone knows when you get in an accident it can be devastating, these guys at glass man went above and beyond. When I arrived at their shop they made me feel comforted and ensured me everything was going to be okay and my car was going to look and drive like it was brand new... AND THEY DIDNT LIE! my car is BEAUTIFUL AGAIN! Drives so smooth it’s like brand new! I couldn’t be happier. The manager was amazing and Doug the tech who worked on my car, I would recommend to anyone. I will never bring my business elsewhere! Great job guys!

  Gave 4 Stars based on the phone conversations and brief interaction with the staff today as I dropped my car off at their body shop after a small collision yesterday. Will amend after service is completed.. good or bad. Here's a photo of their hrs of operation...and a photo of my car, only 2,941 miles on it :(

  Last week, I shopped for collision estimates for my car. The repair was minor, but another collision shop quoted me almost double than Glassman Body Shop! Todd, Mitch, and Cindy were all great people to work with. Before I scheuled my appointment with them for body work, they popped out part of my bumper so that it could last me a bit while I drove around. They did not need to do that, but I greatly appreciated their service even before I committed to getting the collision work at their shop! Friendly people, fair prices...just got my car back today. Only time will tell if the work holds up. By the vibes of the company, they are honest and do good, conscientious work.

  Service was unparalleled! Everyone I interacted with at Glassman Body Shop was a total professional! The staff followed strict COVID precautions and I felt very safe. I appreciated their efforts. I will definitely return and recommend them to anyone in need.

  I got fired for no reason. I did nothing wrong, was just told it’s an at will state to Work and I’m not in their future for the shop. I always did my job to the best of my ability, came in 2 hours early, helped that shop in many ways. My Christmas thanks to me and my family for doing a great job is getting fired. The whole place is incompetent and management needs to go to some classes to learn to deal with people better

  Kelly in the office is super friendly and helpful! The repairs done on my Subaru impreza look great as well. They even detailed the inside of my car!
