  We never argue about things we offer you a price accordingly how much we can sell a used items. Now I understand that you paid $200 for your items brand new but you have to understand your item is used and we can’t offer you the amount that you asking. After we offer you a price you gave us a attitude. To be honest Sir we don’t need a customer with a attitude we here to help. Now if we couldn’t help you we sorry about that. we treated you right the last time you came in to pawn your other stuff but your recent visit you gave us a attitude and talking crazy things we don’t need that here thank you so much hope next time you go to any pawnshop learn to have a little respect so people won’t decline your business we decline your business during your recent visit because we don’t need your attitude.   I have no clue how this place is considered a business! They are crooks and con artists.... i bought a broken item. . Tried to take it back for either an exchange or my money back.... i even had the receipt... the guy refused to make it right.... came from behind the glass and got in our faces! So now im out a couple hundred and the owner of a broken item. Will never step foot in that place again So my response to his comment.... you absolutely did not test them!!!! Some still had other peoples credit card info on them!!! U are trying to cover your own a$$ ... which is fine but people should know that u are selling peoples info and broken systems!!!

  I’m sorry you feel that way but like I told you earlier you bought these over 10 days ago you fully check them in the store before you left this had major Damage on it like it was dropped and we handed it to you in the store and sold it to you it was not like that. We cannot take back a item that has major damage on it that was not sold to you like that.

  Great customer service. Make sure you test all items before buying them yourself so you won’t have any issues. I brought several electronic’s from them and tested them even after they showed them to me before I brought them. I will be back.

  I bought a ps4 from them. What I didn't know was that the ps4 had a damaged HDMI port. After I thoroughly explained the situation to them they told me they didn't do refunds or exchanges. I paid 190 for it worst money ever spent. I highly recommend everyone avoids them at all cost they're shady and if you need a second opinion just keep reading the reviews

  They sell broken ps4s and deny that they sold it to you like that and want to get in your face about it. Stay clear and take your money elsewhere.

  I’m sorry we haven’t sold any PS4 for 3 weeks now and When we sale used console we let the buyer to test it in our property before purchasing it
