  Hello. I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Jordan Bahoura! He far exceeds my already very high customer service expectations! Before getting into contact with Assur Loans, I had spoken with several different lenders and naturally, they all seemed nice, but none of them were nearly as friendly or as accommodating as Jordan! He makes himself available to me everyday/night, he is also very patient with me and my hundreds of questions about the loan I was going to be receiving. With the lenders that I had previously spoken to, some of the information that I was given by them contradicted what the others were saying. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but very attentive as well! Most of my questions he can answer off the top of his head, but every time I ask him something that he is not 100% confident of, he goes above and beyond by taking the time to find the right resource to ensure that I am only given the correct information by him, unlike the previous lenders who either blatantly guessed or would say something like "well I believe..." then would just leave it at that. Thankfully though, not Jordan, in my opinion, just like a doctor would treat my health, he treats my mortgage like it is something that will change my standard of living for the better or worse and with the thousands, tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars that you can either save or lose with the right or wrong mortgage, with his actions, he makes it very clear that you are going to be put into the best situation possible! I have been and will continue to tell all my family, friends and acquaintances about the absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service that I receive from Assur Loans and Jordan Bahoura!   Vadren Jaddou was Professional and Diligent in executing the timelines necessary to stay on track and close my Jumbo VA Loan well before the 30 day timeline. Vadren’s Leadership and knowledge is a strength if you want to save money and time getting a new mortgage or refinancing an existing mortgage. I recommend that Assur Loans promote him ahead of his peers. I will definitely recommend Vadren to friends and family. Excellent job Vadren. JL

  We worked with Vadren Jaddou. He was terrific! He was very knowledgeable. He took us though everything himself from start to finish! We had a notary come right to our home for the refinance closing. It was done in one week! It was the easiest loan ever! We highly recommend Vadren Jaddou!

  It was a breeze working with Assur loans. Specifically, I worked with Vadren Jaddou for my refinancing. He was very responsive and always available to answer any questions. I always had a good idea about where we are in the process and we could close in 30 days even though it wasn't a hard requirement. Highly recommend this company!

  I had the pleasure of working with Assur Loans twice and I was extremely impressed by the service I received. I didn’t have to shop around to different banks and fill out long applications. Their staff accommodated everything from A to Z in the comfort of my home or office. Peter did a great job explaining all my options thoroughly. Once we decided to move forward, they handled everything from inception to execution. I referred three of my friends to them and no complaints so far. I highly recommend them!!!
