  Great Jewelry store, they have also done a extraordinary job creating custom peices for me. If I want something or see something I like I always check first to see if Norman's can get it for me. It's a better price and way better service. They stand by their stuff.

  I had an amazing experience with Nick and his team at Norman’s. They helped me build a custom piece, walked me through the whole process, gave me a really reasonable price, and then they had the audacity to deliver it faster than expected :). Thanks again Nick!!

  If you check the website, one of the biggest headlines is "We treat you like family". This is absolutely and undeniably true. The owners, Ben and Frank, and the manager Rick make it their business to provide friendly, honest, and FAIR prices for all items in the store and any items you may bring in. They are all very reasonable and willing to help in times of need. I have never had a bad experience at Norman's and going there actually is a wonderful experience. I have patronized the business for many years now, and will continue to patronize the store for years to come. I recommend Norman's over any Jeweler and/or Pawn Broker in the Metro Detroit area (and I’ve been to most), because of the excellent customer service portrayed consistently by the clerks, management, and store owners as well. Norman's is a phenomenal business and just like they advertise on the website, they treat ALL of their customers like family!

  Norman's Jewelry is my favorite jewelry store in the world, and I say that having shopped on 6 continents. The prices and customer service cannot be beat. I will never shop for jewelry anywhere else. Men, if you don't know what or where to buy jewelry for your girlfriend, fiancee or wife, go to Norman's. You will get expert help, the best prices anywhere, and she will not be disappointed. This is not an average jewelry store, but an upscale friendly, family owned store - several generations of jewelers. Norman's is best place to buy new and also pre-owned jewelry, have custom jewelry made, attain appraisals, and have repairs done. The store has an extensive inventory with many new irresistible items to view each time I visit. Nick is honest, extremely knowledgable, trustworthy, genuine, and a delight to work with. In the last 6 months I've purchased a spectacular Jubilee Diamond Dial Mens Rolex, a Gorgeous Mens Diamond Ring, Extraordinary high end Stunning Diamond Ring set, very special Gold Mens Bracelet, 2 Beautiful Fur Mink Coats, a very large fabulous Amethyst Geode, and a Signed Framed Professional Artist Painting which was shipped to Florida and arrived in pristine condition, so there are no worries shopping online. Everything appraised at least double the purchase price and most items appraised at 3 & 4 times my purchase price. Also lovely earrings, charms & gifts. I had a necklace repaired along with my mothers rings resized, a watch battery replaced, all by their fast, skilled, excellent onsite jeweler. Norman's also has designer purses, rare coins, guitars/musical instruments and antiques. Honestly, I think they could work with anyone on any budget. Their entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly, you won't be disappointed. I'm a customer for life, I love this store.

  I approached Nick with a custom wedding ring idea that I wasn’t even sure was possible. Nick was enthusiastic about the idea and the new challenge. Not only did they deliver but they exceeded my expectations. Nick and the jeweler, Chris, created a ring that I’ll be proud to wear for the rest of my life. Nick and the staff at Norman’s provided exceptional customer service with excellent communication every step along the way.

  I visited Norman’s today and I have to shout them out for their excellent customer service. I went in on my lunch break to have links removed from my watch and they were very fast and helpful. They also have some nice jewelry 😍The owner personally assisted me.

  This Place Is Amazing With High Quality. They delivered my custom made engagement ring under rushed time . Chris is simply amazing, and the staff is very helpful. At this point we are family. Any problems just let them know.. Great Job, very happy customer

  I have been going here for over 20 plus years and I know everyone who works there is very professional and they know everything about jewelry! If you want anything special to be made for you or a loved one, than these are the people that...I would highly recommend going to, than anywhere else! If you need cash to pay for something unexpected that came up or in need of fast cash from your jewelry, they'll give you the most for your jewelry and you pay on it every 3 months, until you can afford to pay for your jewelry to get back out of pawn, you pay cash only on pawns! They'll pay higher for your scrap gold, old jewelry or something that you don't want anymore, then other places and they'll fix your jewelry also at a reasonable price too! They've even cleaned my jewelry as I was waiting to pay on my pawn or I was just looking for a new pair of gold earrings!

  Brought a picture in to have normans build a ring for engagement. Picked it up last week from nick and it actually came out better than the picture!!!! Killed it! Couldnt be any happier 10/10 work and communication and price!
