  Walter, Greg, Chanty and the rest of the team worked hard on a difficult aspect of the closing of our loan. I appreciated the quick response from Chanty and the coordianation of our transaction with the closing agent in Florida. It was a multi-state effort and the Giniel Financail Group assembled all the documents through the Christmas season. I even received an email on 12/31/2020. That's service!   Greg and his team have been an absolute blessing. I can't explain how helpful and amazing they have been. I asked a million questions and was not the easiest. But not once did they give up on me or ignore me. No run around just straight forward. Worked hard to get me the best and the best is what I got.   I have been a full time real estate agent for over 30 years now. I have had experience with many different lenders over the years. I highly recccomend Greg Geniel and his associats for your financial needs. They actually listen to what your needs are and don't try to fit you into something thats not in your best interest. They have been able to get people a loan that others were not able to. They are also fast. They were able to get things done when you need it done. Some times as fast as three weeks. They are friendly and easy to work with. I have not had one client of mine not happy with Greg Giniel Group.
