Megan Lacy1Razan was helping me at the counter today. After being in line for almost 40 minutes and watching her miscount 2 customers cash, I was a bit nervous. She told me they didn’t have enough for my withdrawal, and I just stood there for a moment because this wasn’t a large amount of cash, she said she meant to say she didn’t have it in larger bills and walked to the back. She processed to give me $3100 in $20’s. She knew was also incredibly rude, impatient and hard to understand. The manager here is great, she helped me set up bill pay so I never have to come in here again. I have never had an experience like this in my life at a BANK.

C H1Worst bank I have ever been to in my life. If wasn't my company used and I had to come here would not. They only have 1 person helping long lines. The spend to much time talking to each other instead of helping. Others just sit in offices with no one while we wait in lines.

Brian Killewald (Technolutionist)1I am currently entering 2 hours and 24 minutes on the phone and still holding for someone to correct this. The drive up ATM tonight went through the transaction normally, made sorting noises, the cash door never opened, and then it spit out a completed transaction receipt. SO IN OTHER WORDS...THE ATM KEPT THE MONEY, BUT GAVE A RECEIPT SAYING THAT I RECEIVED IT, AND IT DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT! I've been on the phone for hours. I've been transferred 3 times in 15 minutes, then waited 50 minutes with no one coming on, AND THEN the call dropped. I've since called back, was transferred to the same line.... And now I've been on hold for 1 hour and 16 minutes (and counting) on the 2ND PHONE CALL. This is a nightmare. It's Friday night, and they don't open till Monday morning. This is the dumbest, and most horrendous customer service that I've ever had from a bank. For others I would go elsewhere, and now I will to... When and if I ever get this resolved.... 😡🤬🤬🤬

Justin Blackford1Here's an idea. Maybe have more than 1 teller working during peak hours with a line out the door. 30-45 minute wait for change or a simple 2 minute transaction is absurd. Hope this changes or our company will consider changing banks. Never had an issue when we were with Chase.

M F1I waited over 20 minutes on the phone hearing again and again that everyone is busy helping customers and the suggestion that I schedule an appointment online. Tried that. No appointments available for over a week. That isn't terrible service. It is no service at all. If you ever have a problem, and you probably will have one some day, you are just sunk if you are at Bank of America. It is impossible to get help, and that means you could have checks bouncing because of a bank mistake and just be stuck with it. I am going to go sit at the branch however long it takes and however much time I miss from work -- all just to get a little service. And then to take out my money and move to another bank.

Mikki Sharp5We had an exceptional banking experience at this location. My daughter and I went in to open her first Checking account and I was able to upgrade to the Bank of America Cash Rewards card with the $200 bonus. Julie was the best! She was kind, helpful, and informative. We were even visited by Jenny, and the Bank of America team made us feel very welcome at their branch. I was very impressed by the level of customer service. Also, they were safe, with plastic shields at the desks, social distancing, enforcement of masks, and availability of hand sanitizer stations through out the bank. Overall, definitely a five star experience!

Thomas miller1Beyond slow. The drive through window has been closed for a long time now and ot doesn't look like there is any intention to open it any time soon. So, you have to go inside and there is usually only one person working behind the counter. Looking for a new bank...

Manisha Patel1I went to drive through but it was closed so I ended up going inside to get change for 260. I was the only customer inside. Teller was busy doing something and asked me to wait while another employee was busy making a personal call. There were two more employees, not attending any customers while I was waiting. After about 5 minutes, I get my turn. It took teller more than 2 minutes to count 260 in $5 bills. I am not happy with BOA as they have closed many branches near me and the ones that are still open and operating have really bad employees and culture

Todd Skye1Very slow service! I tried to use the drive up window, but it was closed of course. I walk in and there are 7 people ahead of me with only 1 teller. 3 other bank employees were there, but not to help at the window. I have been frustrated in the past but this has become ridiculous. They close other branches and drive through windows, and just don't care about the customer. I will be looking for a new bank!!!
