  Susan was fantastic handling my situation from afar. I was relocating from TN back to the lovely Michigan Wonderland. She communicated with me every step of the way, was available all hours, to include weekends to answer questions. We closed within 30 days on my new MI in home while I was still residing in TN.   The thing I like about working with Susan, is that if she says that she will get something done, she absolutely does! We have worked on some difficult transactions, and Susan was able to get a buyer preapproved for a higher amount, and close, allowing a buyer to purchase their dream home. Another lender told me that it could not be done, and Susan proved that it could!
