  Brent and his team facilitated the transaction from contract to closing flawlessly. They were extremely efficient and communicative with me, my clients, and the title company. We did not have the highest offer but, the Seller's were impacted by the pre-approval letter, which I was able to present with the purchase agreement because of Brent's adeptness. To spite a very short timeline, Brent and his team made Act of Sale deadline. I was very impressed and extremely thankful!

  A used car salesman that cant take the time to talk with you once he closed the deal. You are important till he gets his commission then you are on your own. Christy, his overworked and under experienced assistant was a nightmare every step of the way. Several months later when I needed clarification on things that seemed to have changed in the last 24 hours before closing he didn't have the time and became extremely rude when I pushed back. Said it wasn't his problem (I had only asked for clarification). If you want someone that will actually talk you through and treat you like you are part of the process, Brent and Christy are NOT the people to do it. Will never work with again.
