Emily Balabin1I love banking with Gesa and they're usually amazing towards me but when I went to this specific branch I had the worst experience ever. The Branch Assistant Manager "assisted" me with a notary that I had messed up prior to arriving at the bank. Instead of treating me like a decent human being she belittled me and talked down to me like I was dumb. She became frustrated that the documents didn't have a notary box for her to sign (which was the dealerships fault not mine) but she took it out on me anyways like it was my fault they didn't include a box for her to stamp. She then said there was nothing she can do and I'd have to have them send me a brand new document which would've wasted time I didn't have. On my way out the door she said sarcastically "Have a great day! Maybe try Hapo. They do them for free." I, having worked in retail, could tell her snarky attitude was sarcastic and not sincere in the slightest. It's amazing that she's the banks Assistant and representative to the customer service department. She was belittling and assumed I was too poor. I ended up going to UPS store who was able to assist me with far better customer service despite costing me $20 for the notary. It was worth not having to deal with someone judging me. Maybe I should take my business to Hapo if that's how I'm going to be treated.

Gabby Robertson2Why does it take 7 business day for things to clear in the account.... like bank to bank transfers. Never had any issues with my other bank to bank transfers. But for some reason it takes Gesa a very looonngg time to transfer money? 😑 Disappointing.

Ettie Johnson5Great passionate branch to work with in all departments. Ana Valencia has amazing track records working mortgage and is bilingual eng/spanish. It makes a huge difference to work with someone so knowledgeable and in the field for 15 years. Ricki Gillette also at this location has been a rock in the banking business for over 10 years, great manager and runs an amazing branch! Highly recommend!

jen ward3The tellers are usually friendly but the wait times in line are ridiculous! I keep my checking accounts at a bank for this reason. I don't want to go to the credit union because it takes forever to do the simplest transactions. I can walk in and out of my bank in two minutes. Shout out to Key Bank!!!

cody valdez1They used to be great and when you actually deal with a person they still are but whatever updates they have launched with the merger have destroyed there customer service time on the phone, especially the extension system. Their old system was 10x better and more efficient in getting help or in contact with someone. And now everytime time I try and login to my app I have to get sent an unlock code sent by text every other time. They have dropped off in a big way. I believe I will be phasing all of my loans and accounts out of there by 2021. Again the employees are great but it seems like corporate is hamstringing them at every contact point.

John Sivak1Customer Service is not important here. It took a loan officer 4 attempts to get the address correct on my loan application. She expected me to sign it with the incorrect address. Ridiculous! This might be a decent place to do basic banking but their loan officers are worse than a normal bank!! This is a Credit union in Name only. And to top it off they'll probably sell my mortgage to another lender and make money that way. Only borrow money here if the interest rate is better than the other places.
