      Worst bank I've ever been to. Let me start off with the bank hours. The hours change on the regular, the hours on the outer door don't match the hours posted inside, and the hours aren't even real banking hours! They close at 4pm every single weekday! I don't even know of a government agency with business hours that are that unhelpful. The drive through was straight up closed apropos of nothing for half a year - no explanation or even a small sign saying that it would be closed until further notice. It was just always closed, even though the posted hours said it would be open. (See photos) And then the staff...I have avoided interacting with the staff here, but the few times I had the need to speak to an actual human, they were cold at best, and usually dismissive. One time, when I happened to come up to the drive through (unbeknownst to me this was after yet another hours change) I pulled up to the window where two tellers were standing talking to each other. As I tried to get their attention, one of them - without so much as glancing at me, or even breaking stride in her conversation - takes a pen and dismissively points to a tiny paper in the corner with the new times. No wave, no apology, not even so much as a look in my direction. The lack of decency and care at this branch is downright astounding. Unless you have no other option, stay away, because when it comes to helpfulness, compassion, and the ability to meet the customer's needs, you're more likely to find it in the ATMs than in the staff.

      Don’t know how they expect me to take care of anything when their lobby is closed more than it’s opened. I don’t know what’s going on here but they need to change something.

      Excellent service. Although there were only 2 tellers at the time of my visit, they were quick and efficient with their transactions while having a smile at the same time. Manager was also going through the line assisting clients with their transactions and showing them how to do these transactions via their app. Thank you BofA

      I have never had a bank make it so difficult to do business with them. In addition, several 'customers' (including myself) were told to stand outside due to Covid, when only 5 customers were in the bank. They only had 2 tellers working, then 2 other bank staff stood at the door watching the number of people entering. They allowed certain customers in ahead of others depending upon the language they spoke. Worse bank and customer service ever experienced in a bank.

      Is the worse bank I'm only here cause I have to pay my rent..always 2 cashies sometimes one only ...hate this bank ..big lines always always 😡😡

      I've had different banks altogether. But as of BofA I have gone to every branch in the Tri Cities and this one had the most respectful and gentle mannered Customer service. Their personal bankers provided excellent service, I've had 2 different ones here because I don't visit the bank every week or so to deposit a check(Smoothbrains) when you can do that at an ATM. Overall great service but as usual in Kennewick; horrible people come through and get mad about anything. 100% Why they have 2.0 Avg

      Been with Bank of America for 30 years. I rarely need to go inside the bank but did today for a cashiers check. It’s a Friday and there’s 1 teller and 10 people in line. Been waiting over 30 minutes. Ridiculous!!!

      I have a different bank that I have been using for years. I received a personal check made out to my business not my name. My old bank offered NO solutions. BOA not only offered more than 1 solution but won me as a customer!

      By far the worst bank I have ever been to in my life!!! Bank of America isn't that bad but this specific destination is!! Both times I've been to this bank I've had to stand in line for 20 mins and wait in the drive thru for 30 mins! I'm happy that you could careless that I've got a car load of kids! I have never in my life seen such slow and careless working people. I will never go back to this place again let alone bank at it!! I'm not the only one who thinks so!! Both times I went in I heard nothing but bad remarks made towards the bank.

      B of A only offers one redeeming quality, that it offers many locations. Besides that it may have the worst policies and is probably the worst bank for the people there is. The only reason I've stayed with them so long is because I move a lot and they are everywhere. They think that because they control the market, they are above customer service. Besides the fees they charge for having a savings account or using a bank teller, or many other random fees, they have screwed me multiple times. The first time they lost a 3, 000 dollar check I deposited, which took them a month to find. They offered nothing in return for my inconvenience and me having no money for a month. The final straw was when I went to go make a deposit, to find out that they sold my account to Washington Federal without letting me know. Wa Fed doesn't even have a location in my city and I have to travel 2 hours to close my account with them. This should be criminal. If you feel like being screwed sign up with B of A.
