Tri-CU (specifically Trevor and Danielle) went out of their way to make sure we got that information quickly. She make my loan experience as painless as possible and was a very pleasant experience. She was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. Tyler5Trevor and his team were very professional and quick to get me any and all information i needed to process some financung for an unexpected expense. During the process we ran into a snag with the paperwork on their end and the issue was rectified almost immediately. After everything was said and done, they made sure to reach out and make sure i didnt have any followup questions which i appreciated greatly. The process was incredibly smooth and quick and I will be using their services in the future.

Lupita Camargo1At first my car loan was Great! Trevor is such a great loan officer. After I paid my car 4 months later and still no title!! I’m pretty upset at how the situation is handle. I was told that my account was closed and they where waiting for my title to arrive. Which never happened. Today I called and asked where my vehicle title was at and was told they called the Licensing department to see where it was at since the bank never received my title. I don’t know if the bank doesn’t have someone that tracks down paid loans or what. I’m very upset about this. 4 months and no title now I have to wait another 4-8 weeks for my title to arrive hopefully. Don’t think I will ever come back or recommend this bank.

The Title Company incorrectly mailed your title to the wrong address (not to us), and then our internal tracking system somehow missed it. We handle dozens of titles every month with no problems, so we aren't sure how this one was missed. We are sorry for the delay, and are getting the title to you as soon as we can. Angela Sauceda4Been banking here for 15 years now, since they were in a tiny office with busy drive thru. I love the people that work here. Most have been around for a long time and they all remember your name and routine. When I've needed documents and applied for a loan, the staff was always quick to respond. Even as a small bank, they are up to date with their banking app and website. Only reason I rated TRICU 4 Star is because I dread the long waits when I show up at their Drive thru. There's only one drive-thru lane and having to wait minutes to be helped is frustrating. You're going to keep growing, so I hope you figure that out.
