Roy Bauer1I went to the Pasco Gesa because my card was rejected in a store. Evidently, I had moved and not notified them of the new address. When they could not reach me by mail, they stopped the card. This was a great security measure. They were extremely helpful and issued new cards. The teller was very helpful and polite. Thank you Gesa once again for your great service.
Response from the ownerThank you for sharing your experience, Roy. We appreciate your membership! Sincerely, Gesa Credit Union

Jessica Gow-Lee5Every time I have gone in to GESA I have been treated with friendly professionalism and have had my banking needs tended to efficiently and accurately. When I have asked them in the past to help reconstruct my financial transactions, they have gone above and beyond to accomodate what I have requested. I highly recommend them.
Response from the ownerHi, Jessica! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate it! Enjoy your day!

jayney espinoza5I love Gesa, especially the one in Pasco on Sylvester. Everyone is so nice and always happy to help not like other places you go and the clerks etc have a sour face like they don’t want to be there. We’ve been with Gesa for years and we love it there.
Response from the ownerThank you, Jayney! Your feedback is appreciated and we hope you have a nice day!

Kelly Poynor5I went to Gesa Credit Union today and I thought this was a very well maintained bank. I’ve never actually been to this location. Gesa Credit Union at 2202 Silvester St. Pasco, WA. It was very clean and the line moved swiftly. When I got to the teller he greeted me and was very professional. Andy Lopez insured he was dealing with the owner of the account which was me. And processed me quickly, efficiently, professionally and made sure my deposit of cash was correct. I would recommend to anyone if you don’t have a bank or are looking to switch banks check out Gesa Credit Union. They have locations all over the Tri-Cities and this particular location I was very impressed. Thank you Andy Lopez, you did a great job and I appreciate it.
Response from the ownerHi, Kelly - We are glad you had a great experience. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Your compliments about Andy's service have been passed to management. Have an excellent day!

Alex Smith1The employees here take 5 days to process any request customers have. You could ask for a simple paper print out and they will talk to you for a month about how it will cost 5.00 to print out a document. I have worked with money plenty so I completely understand that you have to be careful, but certainly not to the point of the world freezing over. I have some snails in my yard at home that come out in the mornings to crawl around, I will be sure to tell them to apply for work at this location since a snail pace seems to be an absolute requirement. I never see any form of management offering to help anyone wether it be employees or customers to help move things along. This location has been like this for years it’s ridiculous.
Response from the ownerHi Alex - We are sorry to hear about your experience. We would love the opportunity to discuss the situation further. If you’d like to be contacted, please send us a message at [email protected] with your contact information and we'll follow up. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Erika Kats1Should consider staying open longer on saturdays. Was supposed to come into pick up a card that was really needed and not informed they close at 1pm and was unable to get what I needed to pay my Bill's and will have to wait till Monday now. Also was many others trying to go into lobby and also could not. First bad experience here but really sucks. Was only a couple mins after closed but they refused to help me and well if they did it would have really made my day 😾
Response from the ownerHi Erika, we are sorry to hear about your experience. We would love the opportunity to discuss the situation further. Celerino Uribe1We’ve been trying to grow our business and tried a few times getting a hold of the business representative at the Pasco branch on Sadifur. Left voicemails and emails never heard anything back from her. She’s working from home they said, my wife said to me don’t even bother she’s acting as if she’s busy working from home but in reality she’s just sitting around doing nothing. Very dissatisfied. They need to make the people that are working from home actually work or get rid of them.
Response from the ownerHi Celerino, we are sorry to hear about your experience. We would love the opportunity to discuss the situation further. If you'd like to be contacted, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] with your contact information and we'll follow up with you and also connect you with a business development officer. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

chuya19794Overall their service is great I mean yeah they will have long lines most of the time and even with most tellers open, but what can you expect they're a bank. The only issue I see is they need to have a better process for when you're waiting to open accounts and stuff, I feel like we mostly sit and wait for ever waiting for someone to come help. They need a person handling that area to make it more organized, that's the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star. Keep up the good work you're all doing a great job.

J D2I’ve been banking at Gesa for 10 years! Worst service when it comes to their ATMs. They always seem to have an issue. Just in the past three months I’ve come across 4 issues with the ATM. Get them FIXED!!! Bank at Hapo.
