  Just used their tool estimate to get a quote for paintless dent repair. The dent is slightly bigger than a softball. I was sent an estimate for $1,600 that included $750 in paint work and that it would take them 5 days. No paint damage in the area that I requested a fix for and the area that does have some damage are minor scuff marks that could be covered up with a good wax job. When I talked to the estimator and told him that I was just wanting the dent popped out he told me it was to big for paintless dent repair and he did not want to mess with it. I expressed my frustration with him as another shop is willing to do it for $300. Not sure if this place just jacks up the work or what.....

  I’d been to 2 different body shops in Tulsa for various repair work before Ron at Metro and neither of them can compare. At the 2 previous shops one used old replacement parts and also damaged my car’s metallic paint job trying to blend the paint and then couldn't fix it after 2 retries while the other shop screwed up my sunroof alignment and left the interior of my car covered in soot. Ron has replaced my front bumper and didn't screw up my paint and also sent back a replacement bumper they tried to use in favor of a new one. I've also had PDR work done at Metro which was exceptional. Ron is honest about your repairs, does quick work, and keeps you up to date. I couldn't believe how quickly my car got repaired and how good it looked. Whenever I need body work done on my car now I take it to Ron at Metro.

  I've had two vehicles in accidents and RON is the MAN with a SHOP! He keeps me updated with all aspects of vehicle repair, he is very flexible and even gave me advise on a Saturday! You can bet that I'll be taking every car I'll ever own (that is damaged) to Ron for his expert care.

  Wanted them to work on my truck so I called their office and was given the cell number of manager to send pictures of the damage to. Never got a response from the manager so I took my truck to someone else for the repair. Customer service that bad I don't want them working on anything for me anyway.

  Auto Craft went above and beyond for me after I was hit from behind. The car looks better than it did when I bought it. I would highly recommend Auto Craft for anyone who needs some work done.
