  I am very happy that I switched all my account from Arvest to Tinker federal credit union in Tulsa. Every time I go inside everyone friendly and fast. You won’t be disappointed.

  I am currently with 2 other credit unions and I am able to make a principal only payment on my loan. My other loans with my other credit unions I am able to make a principal only payment along with my regular payment, but the customer service and branch in Tulsa advised they apply payments how they would like to first. This is the last time I will be dealing with Tinker Federal CU, this is definitely bad business for a bank. I will be refinancing my car to move my loan elsewhere.

  ***** Beware Very Unethical ****** If you ever cosign for anyone, they become a joint owner of your savings. You are supposed to remember this and have that person removed when the loan is paid in full. Otherwise years later, in my case 4 years later they can remove money from your account with no explanation or notice. They say talk to person who was linked to your account as they cant discuss it with you. But they can take your money without notifying you for a debt that you are NOT involed with. Beware, find another credit union!

  The worst credit union ever. Customer service is a solid -5/10. Seriously rude employees, at more than one location too. Very disappointing.

  This is the least helpful financial institution I've ever delt with. The only thing I asked for in 3 years was one off-cycle credit report be sent to trans Union to help me secure a home loan. Everyone I talked to couldn't be bothered to do it which lead to me losing the loan and 4,000 dollars.

  Frauds!! Showed them proof of insurance l, my insurance company has showed them proof of insurance and still 4 months in loan keeps charging me insurance of 179 per month and won’t even show me proof of what we are paying. Hired lawyer just for them to stop stealing from me!! I will follow up soon has this is resolved

  I've been trying for a week to pay my car loan. The website is horrible. I have talked to two different representatives who were nice but not helpful. They want to charge you $8.00 to pay by phone after they make it so difficult to pay online.

  The worst bank to get a car loan from! They pretty much take money with out telling you or disclosing anything to you. This is fraud! Don’t be impressed with their low APRs you’ll end up paying twice in fees and non disclosed hidden pricing!
