MMie Mckie1I have never had a good experience at BA, but I have at the others. I went out of my way to avoid BA. The people at the BA location have no COMMUNICATION and LISTENING SKILLS... LISTEN to the guest, yes GUEST!.., we're not just customers, we're guest, so treat us with RESPECT! LISTEN! before you act! LISTEN before you speak! to better understand the guest's concerns, then you'll have better understanding in order to offer a resolution. Communication is the key to Listening and visa versa. Stop being hasty and stop interrupting your guest before they tell you their concerns. STOP with the attitudes. We understand your time is limited for the next guest, however our time is too, so therefore kindness and understanding goes along way in any business whether as an employee or the CEO. Issues needs to be resolved at BA location by proper training.

Jeff Nelson1I have been using WSFCU for many years and the purchase of 5 vehicles (all loans PAID OFF). At one time, they were good. I cannot say that anymore. After my recent experience with them on a purchase of a vehicle, I will NEVER use them again. I gave them a chance to fix the issues, they knowingly chose to lose me as a customer.

Paula Woodward3I love Western Sun. I have been with them for years. Today I went in with an issue and got no satisfaction. I tried to do a mobile deposit and it failed because I was supposed to write a bunch of stuff on the back of the check that I had no idea I was supposed to write. Because of this I'm going to end up with fees that they will not reverse. When I've talked to the west Tulsa Branch with issues in the past I never had this problem before but I'm nowhere near there right now.

LumberJack11121Auto loan interest rates are good, literally everything else is terrible. This location in particular: no one answers the phone, no one is ever available to see you if you try and get something done in person, the drive thru is painfully slow…please trust me on this: use a different bank. BIGGEST ISSUE for us: The online banking is embarrassingly terrible. The balance is never accurate because they process transactions slower than any bank we’ve ever seen, which means we need to be in 1990 and use a check register (basically what they told us). The app is extremely limited in functionality, and so is the website. If you decide to use WSFCU, even after reading this, please let us know what life is like hating happiness.

Ted Auerbach4Great rates (which what got me at Western Sun and 2 stars) as well as Lindsay in Bixby is excellent to deal with. My problem is customer service, I have been attempting to create an online account for almost three weeks and can't seem to get a straight answer from Western Sun. Call the call center, they put a request in for assistance, whom call back ironically when I am not at my PC and with unhelpful information. Edited 03/07/22 Got some much needed assistance that allowed me to completed my online set-up, raised from 2 to 4 stars.

Becky Bones5We have been banking with Western Sun for over 30 years and our banking experience always exceeds expectations. Recently Walmart hit our account with over $700 in fraudulent charges and Shelley Boswell, Downtown location, was on the problem within minutes beginning the needed paperwork and keeping me on the line reassuring me she was dedicated to resolve the charges. Western Sun continues to make banking personal in this ever growing world of automation and apps. Thank you, Shelley!! Thank you, Western Sun!

Adriana Rosales1Literally the worst place to deal with. The branch manger at this location is the RUDEST LADY I HAVE EVER CAME IN CONTACT WITH! Unwilling to take fault for her employees mistakes . I would never trust these people with your money. They way the branch manger spoke to me was insane, if your going to be rude lady; then maybe you need to find a new job.

Damion (Dame)5Great customer service, they were kinda snappy when I was applying for a loan. But I'm not going to lower the rating simply because they have the best rates for older/higher mileage vehicles and I also went in 30 minutes before closing, and they still took care of me so I could close on my car that day. Highly recommend!

Jim Drewke1I would steer away from this bank when it comes to loans, I applied for a boat loan on Aug 11 online. The loan had the make, model, and series of the boat so all the information was available to them so they can check what they need to check before approving the loan. On 12 Aug i received a call fromYesenia Madrigal stating my loan was approved. 13 Aug an email was sent to me requesting my proof of income and a bill of sale from the dealership. I provided both and she received them. Meanwhile we drove 110 miles to the dealership twice making plans for the pickup of the boat. We haven't heard anything from the bank for 4 days so I sent and email asking what was the status of the loan. the response I got was: "After pulling the NADA(value) for the boat we are at a value of $20,020 without trailer since no trailer information was provided on the Bill of Sale.. on Boats we are only able to lend 100% so we can’t go above the $20K value". 1st, it took them 3 days to finally contact me with this information, Only after I asked the status. 2nd, who buys a boat without a trailer? 3rd,, they are going off the base price of the boat. Not all the upgrades and extras. Matter of fact I was never asked about the upgrades.NADA values the boat at $37,450. I was mislead when they approved my loan that I did online for $29,000. Very poor customer service with confusing information,
