      Mary Gonzalez was ever so helpful to me. She was thorough and answered all of my questions, she was very patient and I so appreciate her fantastic customer service! Also Adriana was friendly and very helpful to explain the details of my transaction. Nuriam Estrada took the time to help me to understand foreign money. The customer service was top notch!

      This place has horrible customer service. I deposited a treasury check at the local branch,which I have many times before. The teller explains to me that the funds will be available next day, didnt ask but thinks for the info. I check my account the next morning to see that a 10 day hold was placed on my money. I immediately contacted the corporate office and explained to them the situation. They wanted to help but said that I would need to go back into the local branch and ask them to make some funds available. So I did and that was a complete waste of my time. They weren't interested in helping me what so ever and actually told me "my money didnt exist" I asked her to explain what that ment and was met with condescending behavior, well sir when you deposit money it can take time has this never happened to you with a sarcastic smile on her face. And the kicker is, this was the same teller who told me the day before the funds would be available next day. So the jist is I'm neither rich nor poor but do need this money alot sooner than 10 days from now. and they would do nothing to help or even show a little compassion.

      I've been a happy bank of America customer for years.everyone is always very helpful and friendly.iwill continue to use bank of America as long as they will have me keep up the great customer service guys.some people need to realize your not the only customer they have.....

      Remmy doesn’t want to do his job. Presented a check to be cashed FROM Bank of America and he said they can’t cash it because I do not have a bank account with them. That makes no sense because how am I supposed to get my money then?

      The staff were efficient and helpful. I told one of the staff what I needed and they had everything ready before I arrived at the teller's station. I have never had an issue with ANY BOA I have been to and I have been to several around the world. People, we are in a pandemic... everywhere is short staffed and staff are overworked. Do be considerate. If you are in a rush, don't go to the bank. If you decide to go to the bank, be prepared to wait. The staff are human too. Treat them nicely and with respect, and they would accord the same courtesy to you.

      Slowest banking experience or my life. 2 tellers doing everything. Also apparently they charge $8 to cash a check and you can't use a Cherokee nation photo ID even though it is more federally recognized as an an ID than an Oklahoma drivers license is.

      Branch needs new staff, this is unacceptable. I closed my business(missing customers) for an hour or more to drive to make a needed deposit, seeing that this location was the closest open on website. Parking lot had plenty of cars but I was told from the commercial drive thru that I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the lobby to open(no reason for random midday closure while they're all hanging out in there??), to which I didn't have time. Wasted time,, gas,, and potential business.. I have called for 2 days straight at all times of the day with no answer at all, just to see if they wont push me away again.

      This place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The people are very rude and lazy. I have many accounts with these people and have rarely had a good experience. This includes the tellers and the lazy lazy rude managers. Don't even get me started on there mortgage guy. From the way he acts. ....he must be a billionaire! Extremely rude and doesn't care about your time! Very difficult to get in touch with regardless if you have an appointment, walk in, call, or email. I guess this location is a great example of what's wrong with bank of America. They don't care about there customers. They want to scalp the small man with huge fees for everything!!

      The slowest bank I’ve ever been too. They wouldn’t cash my check after waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. They made me come inside and wait another 20 minutes - to where i finally got so mad I left. I will NEVER go to another Bank of America after this experience! To think I almost opened an account there. Never will I. They suck!!!!

      need a temp card after mine was stolen, could not get in and they did not have any yempo cards. Tried to set up an appointment could not. Bank of America is pathetic, changing banks.They also spy on your transactions and withouyt warrants hand the inofrmayion to the fbi. That happened earlier in january when morons stormed the capital. I find trusting this bank very difficult.
