  I left my credit union of 11 years and went to Genisys, and to Wings. The service at Genisys is awesome. Products, not so much. "Opportunity Checking" is so basic you're not even allowed to deposit cash into the ATM. Had to close my account, I mean that's ridiculous. They didn't even ask me why, either. Is member retention not important?

  I always have a wonderful experience working with Genisys Credit Union staff. My family and I have several accounts with Genisys; Mortgage, car loans, credit cards, checking and savings. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The company’s rates and fees are amazing. Big Banks can’t even compete!

  Knowledgable. Professional. Courteous. Genisys Credit Union in Eagan is outstanding! Customer service is clearly a priority! The branch manager and her team work to ensure that all our questions are answered thoroughly, and that all of our banking needs are handled in a timely and financially sound manner.

  In my personal opinion, this has been the best banking experience I've ever had. I've been a member for over a decade, and do NOT plan to take my banking needs anywhere else. The staff is phenomenal, the membership benefits are awesome, and atmosphere is unmatched. The personal touch of ever visit is why I never hesitate to stop by the Eagan branch location to ask questions. I am extremely satisfied with any and all financial services provided to me over the years.

  I dnt have words to describe how great this bank is. It’s the Best bank I have ;) they are fast efficient and have a great competitive rates and all their products . Coustomer Service is a 100 + from tellers to bankers . And the store manager, she is incredible, professional and very happy and helpful. I have Gresia as a banker and I couldnt ask for more . Great place to refinance your auto ,credit card etc . Ps great starter account for you kids .

  Overall I'm satisfied with this credit union. Flawless support, tremendous staff and sincerely kind upon arrival. The only thing I don't like is some weeks I cash my check with no issues than other weeks they want to put a hold on my check that previously was ok, until I show a pay stub. Only reason I won't put 5 stars
