  Have repeatedly tried calling ,for the last 2 weeks at various times of the day and they never have answered the phone. I refuse to drive there, just to make an appointment to speak to a Loan Officer about opening a checking account and to apply for a personal loan. You have lost a potential new customer. I will take my business elsewhere. You state you are not a bank, and that is a good thing. But, at least my bank always answers the phone, and that is a better thing!

  I was shopping around for a loan to purchase a brand new motorcycle. I began the process with Stephanie in the loan department. I am here to say she is a top notch person with phenomenal customer service. She made the process painless and flowed very quickly. I was able to get all my papers signed electronically due to time restraints from my job and their lobby hours. She kept in contact with my insurance company and made sure all of us were on the same page with all the correct documents needed for each side of the transaction to make it flow easily. I highly recommend to ask for her. You will NOT be disappointed. So a couple days after that, I was qualified through one of the dealers lenders but I did not like the interests rate that I was given. So I knew that credit unions are usually much better than regular banks. Being that I am already a Genisys member with a checking account, I applied for a loan here and got qualified for a loan with 50% less of an interest rate so I for sure went with Genisys. Within 24 hours Stephanie had an answer back that I was accepted and the next day, I drove away with my new motorcycle. A+++++++

  This use to be a fine branch, but it seems it's branch policy to no longer answer their phones, nor allowing one to wait on-hold to talk to someone. One can leave a message, but if you get a message in return, calling the branch back just drops you again. NOT customer friendly.

  Great bank to work with. In particular Stefanie Szczesny has been awesome. She's always very quick to respond, and she takes the time to listen to you and get you what you are looking for. Very professional and highly recommended.

  I contacted Sarah Hamilla about refinancing our minivan. She not only helped us get the minivan refinanced, but she helped us do a payment reset on our Equinox and then she went a step further and suggested we consolidate our credit cards. In doing so, we will be saving approximately $500 a month. I have better things to do with my money! Sarah went above and beyond! Thank you Genisys and thank you SARAH!

  I can't say enough great things about Stephanie in Chesterfield. She is so professional and very knowledgable. She answered all my questions about a couple of accts I have. She is super fast too with my requests. She's a keeper for sure!

  This is my absolute favorite banking institution, with respect to this location specifically. Stephanie and Lois are the best. I didn't have great credit when I started with them years ago, however, they still provided me with the financial means to stay afloat with the hard times that feel upon me at that time. 4 loans later, still the same people, same faces, same wonderful experience. The last loan I took out (which was today) literally took 22 minutes electronically, through email, while I was working, to fully complete and have funds available in my account. I'm not speaking negatively about other financial institutions, but I'm speaking honestly about my credit union. I seriously can't say enough. I completely, and highly recommend this place to everyone. If your in need of a loan, ask for Stephanie, she's amazing! Tell her Greg recommended you...:-)
