  I went to the Cash Connection at 9 Mile and Van Dyke in Warren, as I had a paper check that I couldn't do anything with. Jill and Patrick were extremely helpful and although I had to wait 10 days to receive my cash, it was worth the wait. Definitely recommend!

  Use them every week, always helpful and very pleasant. Always have had any issue taken care of right on the spot. Never a hassle or I have never been disrespected. I would recommend this store and the workers before any other location.

  They sell bus passes! Also money orders up to $1,000! Copies, faxes, envelope, stamps, it's pretty much a one-stop-shop. If you are in need of a payday loan, they have several other local stores that you can go to to get a secondary loan to fit your financial needs. They're great here.

  Was told in a snarky comment "congratulations on being transgender". The comment was made after verifying my identity and income and outing myself to get a loan which was denied because my boss didn't want to out me by putting my dead name on pays tubs. Very bigoted comment wasn't needed and it basically ruined my whole day. Dont go here.

  Went in there to cash a check, but they were not able to cash it due to policy (time stamped on check to far out) but what they did do was find me a place that would. They looked up online and called a place and explained my situation and found me a place that did cash the check. They went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of

  My experience was negative. The manager and a young lady under her were not very helpful. I was told the incorrect document to bring in and had to return but they were closed. Although The manager unlocked the door to take a payment from another customer after 3pm. When I arrived 3 minutes before 3pm with the item they failed to tell me to bring.

  Excellent customer service. Friendly and efficient staff eager to assist in any way they possibly can. I definitely will be coming back for the different services they offer.

  Piss poor. Cant cash a check cause i dont have 4 ppl in my life. Really and 6 $ cash a 100 $ check really
