  Ok. We drove all the way from St Joseph, to Lewis Chevrolet Buick in Atchison on a rainy Saturday to go pick out a vehicle, not really knowing what our options were or what the process was. We were very politely greeted by Donnie, who began our paperwork process, and John, who took us out to look at what was on the lot after Jeremy explained the negotiations process. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, but everyone said over and over, that they will find us the car we want, and we will leave here very happy. And when I saw the Black 2010 Dodge Journey, all I wanted to do was get in and drive it. It was so beautiful on the outside, it had the safety features I wanted on the inside, and when it started, the purr of the engine had me at "Hello". The seat was a perfect fit. The steering wheel was small for my hands. The lights hit all the right places. The emerald green light on the dash, stunning. It' like a cockpit! The stereo is like concert live! All the extra compartments, outlets, you name it, it has it! Without hesitating, John ran to get the keys so we could test drive it, and he chuckled because he knew I wanted this car. This car is amazing in every way. I love it!! Matt took us in his office for finalization of paperwork, it was hassle free, fast, and totally stress free. When you told me the final amount for my monthly payments, I about fell to the floor! It was so much less than I expected! I don't know how you pulled that off, but Wow! I wasn't sure if I could have this because it was so perfect and I'm not used to getting what I actually want instead of having to settle for less. When they pulled it out of their garage from being detailed and it sparkled in the sunlight, after a rainy morning, and they said "Congratulations, she's yours" I wanted to cry I was so happy! Donnie, John, Jeremy, and Matt, we can't thank you enough for everything you've done, the calls you've made, and everything for 3 or so hours helping us get the car of our dreams. You promised me you'd do whatever it takes to satisfy me, and make me happy, and get me in that car today and you've all done exactly that. You've changed my life, and I am sincerely grateful. Also, Elizabeth, you promptly contacted me, and arranged an appointment at my convenience to meet Jeremy. I didn't have to do anything. I cannot believe the magnitude of exceptional genuinely perfect customer service we received from everyone. It was unreal. Lewis Chevrolet Buick, if I could give you 11 stars I would! You deserve it!!! I love love love LOVE my new car!!!! Thank you Everyone!

  I had a great experience at Auto Credit Express. The online/phone service was very thorough and got me a car at a great price in a short amount of time. My credit took a big hit when my house refi ballooned and took months to close, but ACE said yes when the Big Three all said no. Summit Place Kia was very inviting, good people: Wayne has an awesome handlebar moustache and great customer service. Mike got me into a car and served me lobster tail and filet mignon. Okay, that last part is not really true. But they were awesome and I really appreciate the help on such short notice. Chris Swanson Kia car owner!

  I took over payments for my mothers Toyota Matrix a while back and she needed the vehicle back, so my wife and I agreed to start looking for a new car. I have always wanted a new Chevy Silverado but didn't think it was possible to qualify this soon do to the fact that my wife and I filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy and just received discharge papers just 8 months ago. Nonetheless, I filled out an easy application online through Auto Credit Express and within an hour, I received an email telling me that I pre-qualified for a new or used car. I was so excited and dumbfounded that I didn't think this was possible but after talking to Melody Clark on the phone she assured me that it was the real deal. She then set me up with an appointment with Simpson Chevrolet of Garden Grove in California for that afternoon; and the rest as they say, was history. I am now a proud owner of my 2013 Chevy Silverado! Thank you Melody Clark and Simpson Chevrolet of Garden Grove, CA for making my dream a reality!

  On friday 8/16 My brother was watching TV and saw the commercial for Auto Credit Express and texted me to call and see if I can get help. So I applied and got a call the same day. A couple hours later I spoke with Elizabeth Hang ( who was very nice) told me I had been approved and set me up with Nu 2 U Cars in Windham, NH with Howard Shafman. I met with Howard on Monday test drove a 2003 Ford Focus and Tuesday got a call that everything was all set and ready to go, went in and finished my paperwork and came out a new owner. I want to thank auto credit express for allowing me the opportunity to better my credit and in the same become the owner of my first car. I also would like to thank Howard Shafman for being such an understanding and sweet person to me and also allowing me this opportunity. After being denied time after time one gets tired and looses hope, but then out of the woodwork comes these wonderful people who believe in second chances. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. :)

  Worked with Deborah Leyraud, Application Processor and found the customer service second to none! She was able to set me up with a local dealership and I was driving a new to me car within 48 hours. Very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone struggling with credit problems as I am.

  I filled out the application on-line and was contacted by Thomas Sheidel that I qualified for a loan. He set me up with an appointment with Reliable Imports & RV in Springfield, MO. I went in and it was all quick and easy and I was able to buy a 2006 Cadillac DTS Preformance with in 3 hours most of which was test driving cars and deciding on what I wanted. I qualified for a more expensive vehicle but decided on the Cadillac for the easy terms and payment. I was very happy with the whole process and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Auto Credit Express. You truly live up to your name.

  I filled out an online form for a subprime loan and recieved a call from Melody who helped located a Dealer here in Texas that could help me..... I made an appointment with John at Chuck Nash Pre-Owned. I had only intentions of purchasing an inexpensive first car for my daughter. When I arrived they were very friendly....no BS at all.....I explained my situation and they told me that they may not be able to help get something in my price range. I said "Well what if I buy one for myself?" They showed me about nine or ten used trucks....but only one caught my eye. They knocked 3K off the price...traded in my Mustang that was paid for and threw in a car for my daughter with a clear title against my trade in for wholesale! I was ecstatic to say the least....I got 12.9% on a 570 credit score and walked out with a 2010 GMC Sierra w/40,000 miles in perfect condition and a very nice 2006 HHR for my daughter for $400 a month..... Auto Credit express is not a scam.....they are the real thing.....I was skeptical but after my treatment and follow-up.....the experience was worth it! THANKS!

  My expirence with this company was great. Melody Clark was very professional and very pleasant over the phone, she set up an appt for me at a car dealership, everything went fast and smooth. Ms. Clark called me on a Friday and by Saturday i was in my new car. I would highly recommend their service.

  I applied several times, this is a waste of time they don’t even set you up with a loan let alone even the dealerships they pair you with are not even aware of them putting you in a situation to fail. Honestly to me Auto Credit Express is horrible and don’t live up to what they say and do.

  I was very disappointed, because they gave my information to other business solicitors or lending companies. They emailed me at first for the confirmation that I was approved to only one certain dealer and brand of a car. I requested another dealership or brand but they never emailed me back, instead I'm getting a lot of email from other loan services which I never subscribed and I never give them permission to give my information to other businesses.
