  Really a great experience working with Jorge and Geneva. Very professional, excellent communication. I felt I could ask questions at any time and they were always answered quickly and in a way I could easily understand. Real estate transactions can be trying and stressful at times, so it's nice to have such a great team to keep the boat steady. Also, their app is great as you can track your progress and communicate with the team. Would highly recommend Jorge and the entire Geneva family!! I always felt like they had my best interests at heart. Thank you!

  Jorge Alvarez came to the rescue when my previous lender was not responding and finalizing doc's in a timely manner. The moment I first submitted paperwork my loan kept moving along. I made sure to submit paperwork as he requested and received confirmation as my loan was in the works. If it wasn't for Jorge, who knows what the outcome of my loan would've been with the original loan officer. He finalized my loan and made me a happy home owner.

  Jorge is AMAZING! Jorge worked with me by constantly staying in touch. Every moment of the way, I received notifications on the status of my loan. Jorge has a proven track record of success. Not only did he help me with my most recent loan, but also a prior home loan. My parents have recently used him after their lender was not staying in touch with the status of their loan. I understand going though escrow can be stressful and often leaves you doubtful. In my case, my student loans always have me worried, even though they are in payments plans I always get nervous about a lender not wanting to work with me for this reason. Jorge makes things happen. He's a hardworking veteran and father who wants to help his community achieve the American dream of home ownership.

  I was so nervous as a single woman to purchase my first home, especially after having bad experiences with other big purchases such as my car. Jorge was honest and took the time to call me and explain things before I signed any documents. I ran into an issue with my east coast bank for the closing costs. I was about to fly to New York to deal with my bank. Jorge spent a generous amount of his time researching alternate ways so I wouldn't have to fly back to NY, and he was successful. I really appreciate Jorge's efforts because it showed that he cared about my experience and not just the business. Jorge also got me a great interest rate on the loan which has even made some of my peers jealous. I am so thankful that I was able to work with Jorge for the purchase of my first home, and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone.
