I must say, I have worked with a lot of lenders in my career, but when I can choose, I prefer to work with Mark Joplin at Greenpath Funding. Mark is the kind of lender you wish all lenders could be like. He is genuinely attentive, he remembers to do what you ask, he gives regular updates, and he is fair and honest in his dealings. I appreciate that, because it reflects on me when I send him a referral. We have closed many loans over the years for clients and I can only remember one time when the loan did not fund on time. That says a lot!

  This was my first time purchasing a home. Needless to say, I had no idea how overwhelming the process could be. With all that being said, the staff at Greenpath Funding was tremendous. My loan officer was continually educating me along the way and always available when I needed to contact him. Furthermore, the processor helped me along throughout the process and we closed on my new home in 20 days. Which according to my real estate agent, isn't easy to do.   My husband and I were in a bind a few months ago, and needed to close our home mortgage within a very short escrow period. One of my best friends recommended us to Doc Spaulding at Greenpath Funding to get us into our home on time. I was a little unsure but she raved about Doc and his team, and boy was she right! Our situation was a difficult one to take on, but honestly it went so quickly and smoothly that I almost forgot to thank them! Doc and his team really knew what they were doing. They answered all of our questions, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and because of our short escrow he was on top of it and would respond promptly, even on nights and weekends. They went above and beyond what we expected from a mortgage company. As promised, Doc and his team were able to close our loan in just 15 days! I thought it couldn't be done but their hard work really made this miracle happen. My husband and I would not have bought our house if it weren't for their dedication and persistence.
