      Horrible customer service. My car is financed through them and it was a huge mistake. Something ended up going wrong with our car insurance where we were insured but they said we weren’t and charged us to insure the car and late fees. While trying to sort this mess out, they did not communicate well, we had to wait months to even get a response, and they don’t have any sort of dispute process. They have one person in the whole company where certain issues can be discussed and this individual is always out of the office. Steer clear for your own good.

      Best credit union by far. I use GE for all my CDs as they offer the best rates. Now that rates are finally going up GE Credit Union has a Bumb CD where you can bump the rate on time a year to a higher rate. Rates are going up so this is a great option. A fee weeks ago I had a bond due took it to USBank and they were so slow nobody even paid attention to me. I just go up and left put the money over at GE credit union at even a far better rate than US Bank offered.

      I’ve been with them for years. I love everything about them but there overdraft process is ridiculous. They charge immediately and keep charging it’s crazy. Allot of my things automatically comes out of my account. I’m looking more for else where because it’s no help. They help sometimes but during the holiday this is crazy

      This branch is horrible, they’re hard to get in contact with. You can’t reach a manager or even someone who works there. Customer service couldn’t even get in contact with them. Go to any other branch but them.

      I have a loan account with GECU. I get great customer service from the human employees there. But the automated teller thing doesn't appear to understand what the heck a LOAN account is - like it's never heard of an auto loan, home loan, etc - so I can't ever use it.

      I agree with George, I hate the kiosks. It’s ridiculously slow. If I had to regularly use them to do banking I would close my account and go somewhere else.

      Terrible way of doing business. No Tellers only kiosks. Takes me 3x longer to do my banking business. Would rather to go to another location but it's on my way to work. Waste of office space.
