Paul Gast1Just returned from this location..10:15am, 15 minutes after supposed location opening hours and NO tellers available for waiting, in-person customers. Employees scrambling around the off limits backroom while ignoring the growing line. No withdrawal or deposit slips made available so customers could have transactions ready when(or if?) a teller is ready to serve.This location is rife with incompetance and since no improvements have been made in the 2 years since my last post..it is safe to assume US Bank regional management does not really care about customer service as long as they can keep squeezing profit out of its' patrons. Pathetic. Zero stars if possible...

Nehemiah W2Just went up there the other day and was asking for a cashier check to pay for rent because I'm 3 months behind thanks to covid, a I've been going to this bank for the last 2 or 3 years and I've never had a problem with getting one and this time around I was told I need to give them what is owed to them simply because I'm having financial issues right now and the way it was said came off as if I was an inconvenience and a nuisance ,I used to go crazy about this bank because I love US Bank but this one really hurt sometimes when people show up they're well aware of the financial situations they're in and they don't need to be reminded that they're in it, if that makes sense just helping out would have been the correct course of action in my opinion
