      Jim got us in 10 minutes ahead of appointment. Electronic signatures. Very knowledgeable regarding our requests. Office climate controlled, very comfortable. Out the door in 70 minutes. Product purchase came through on-line as promised.

      People are nice but the banking services are god awful. Can't see credit card charges. Had double payments go in and out at random. App is touchy. Signed me up for the wrong credit card (not the one I requested) Not a comfortable place to keep your money when this is going on. I've only been a customer for 8 months. This is a lot of problems for 8 months.

      Have never had a bad experience whether it’s talking with a teller or a loan officer. Everyone is professional and very helpful. If you are looking for a banking place this is it.

      Customer service is extremely terrible. Vehicle was financed through here near the end of April. Im having issues with figuring out payment option last for the loan even after linking credit unions. I’ve tried getting in contact with this place all day and even scheduled for a call back. No representative tried to contact me. Worst customer service ever. Will be going elsewhere

      Worst bank experience ive ever had. Zero customer service, on hold for an hour just to set up apple pay, and every call i make get me transferred to a third party. Insanely bad! You guys deserve negative stars..

      I’ve always had good service at the GE Credit Union. One time I needed a check cashed and my other bank wouldn’t consider it. GE listened to my story and cashed it. I’ve always felt like I wasn’t just a number there. We also had our house loan there before we paid it off and they were great to work with and didn’t sell it.

      Customer service stinks. I called all 4 local branches and the same recording.......To busy.....Called got message and walked in and to my surprise no one was really busy. Just let phone ring.

      My boyfriend been a member since October 2020 at first everything was going good until they Introduce their Courtesy Overdraft Service which pays for debit card transaction if you don’t have money in your account. He has been charged 260 dollars in fees in a month period for OD fees . He withdrew all OD protection but yet are still paying items and charging fees for each one . He done told them not to pay for these items and they still do and they will not give back the fees due too their part of not listing. He closing his account soon. So beware of this . Bad banking Procedures.
